Responsible for the sales and marketing of Truist Mortgage Loan products within bank policies and procedures as well as consistent, effective referrals of mortgage clients for other bank services, including the qualifying package of services, and insurance products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Execute effective mortgage marketing and development plans to meet or exceed agreed upon mortgage
production goals.
2. Maintain a complete and thorough knowledge of the Mortgage Strategies, Policies and Procedures, as well
as secondary market investor's guidelines utilized by Truist.
3. Adhere to and comply fully with any and all Truist policies and procedures related to internal and external
rules and regulations, particularly those established by State and Federal law.
4. Provide mortgage clients sound mortgage advice based on a full understanding of client needs as well as
Truist Mortgage products and their benefits.
5. Consistently execute on Truist's referral process by introducing mortgage clients to other bank
solutions for deepening client opportunities.
6. Assist Mortgage Loan Fulfillment with client, attorney, or appraiser document follow-up as determined
through quality control or post-closing review.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. 1+ year(s) experience in banking and/or lending environment with basic knowledge of
residential property types

The Senior Cloud Financial Operations Analyst (FinOps) will be a key member of the IT Cloud Platform team, driving cloud financial governance, cost optimization, and a culture of accountability for efficient cloud usage and spend. This role partners closely with Finance, Engineering, Architecture, and Procurement to deliver actionable insights, implement best practices, and ensure cloud spend aligns with business goals. While the Finance/FinOps team will lead formal financial forecasting and budgeting, this role will contribute demand forecasts, resource usage projections, and cost insights to support planning. The analyst will lead reporting, optimization, governance, and tooling initiatives across AWS, GCP, and other public cloud platforms, enabling teams with the data, tools, and training needed to make cost-conscious decisions.
Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

Salary :
- Retirement Planner (2-4 years of client selling experience) - $125,000 , increasing to $strong>175,000 in Year 2
- Senior Retirement Planner (5+ years of client selling experience) - 150,000 , increasing to 200,000 in Year 2
- Salaries are ongoing and do not cease. Salaries include uncapped production, and bonus compensation
