**Job Description:**
At Regions, the Commercial Banking Solutions Relationship Support Specialist supports Commercial Banking Solutions Relationship Managers and their clients to identify, develop and deliver quality solutions to aid the client in their day-to-day business needs. The role sits in the Regions' Commercial Banking Solutions (CBS) business unit and provides the opportunity to develop relationship management skills while focusing on the delivery of Commercial solutions within the CBS portfolio.

**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Serves as central point of contact for CBS clients for all servicing requests related to client relationship
+ Assists relationship manager(s) by performing daily support activities related to CBS client relationships and keep respective relationship manager informed when appropriate
+ Partners with relationship manager to identify and develop treasury management strategy for clients
+ Participates with business partners in team-based portfolio development
+ Coordinates with internal partners to fulfill the solution agreed to by the client
+ Facilitates and manage credit application workflow as it applies to the appropriate credit channel including collecting financial information from client, submitting facility application and managing loan workflow to closing
+ Manages post-closing requirements including tickler requirements and exception citing's
+ Manages Relationship Manager(s) loan maturity pipeline, ensuring that renewals are approved and closed in a timely manner
+ Assists Relationship Managers with new client onboarding and facilitates all new account opening and maintenance
+ Completes transaction requests as needed
+ Serves as point of contact for fraud claims and research requests which require escalation and investigation
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

In lieu of Bachelor's: 5 years of experience in a lead/supervisory role OR 7+ years of progressive experience in revenue cycle accounts receibable for a large hospital or health system
