We are searching for a pro-active leader, with a minimum of five years of experience with Fiserv Precision and/or Premier platforms, that optimally utilizes the current and new applications and software within the information systems area of the organization.
Essential Functions:
- Streamline and standardize processes, while coordinating with other departments.
- Manage, evaluate, and complete core system change requests
- Maintain and update documentation based on recommendations from Management.
- Deploy, test, and train new/upgrades within the deposit, loan and electronic applications. Communicate appropriate changes to affected personnel and departments.
- Actively participate in all phases of the Change Management Process, as allowed by internal controls.
- Implement, monitor, test, train and complete projects within timelines given by management. Verify that all facets of the project are working seamlessly.
- Serve on various committees.
- Enforce compliance with standards/procedures.
- Maintain Employee Security for core and other applications.
- Provide personnel with required system/network training within the organization.
- Establish a two-way communication between departments and systems.
- Schedule/coordinate/attend required meetings.

Status/Standard Schedule:

The Digital Banking Systems Administrator will display a mastery of Camden National Bank's Digital Banking Systems. This position supports the digital growth of the bank with general responsibilities including administration, management, support, upkeep and evolution of all applicable systems and services. - Lead and manage the implementation of new services or functionality and upgrades to our digital platforms and app updates

- Understand file transfer processes between our banking vendor, core provider, and/or third-party service providers and the subsequent relation to the customer experience and/or bank operations

- Maintain awareness of current events with impacts to Camden National Bank's Digital Banking platform, including but not limited to: cybercrime, consumer technology product trends, commercial technology product trends, cyber security trends, and technology legislation
- Maintain awareness of competitor product and service offerings in the U.S. and abroad and mainstream features available on popular apps and websites (i.e. biometric login, reveal password, code generators for authentication)
- Create, update, edit, and approve department procedures and training documents and department Confluence and SharePoint sites
- Provide Tier 3 customer support when Tiers 1 and 2 are unable to resolve customer inquires
- Submit, manage, and resolve cases with our digital banking vendor, core provider, and/or third-party service providers
- Identify, validate, and report bugs and issues within the base digital banking platform and app for all services supported by our digital banking vendor, core provider, and/or third-party service providers
- Participate in software development research, representing the bank and influencing vendors towards adopting UI and functionality favorable to the Camden strategy
- Administration of Q2Central/Q2Co-Pilot/Q2Console, Q2 SMART, Q2 Discover, SmartPay Manager and Business, PayCenter Portal (Zelle), IPay Portal, Smartsheet (at a department level) and Q2Customer Portal
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Analysis, Business or related field
- 5 or more years of similar or relatable experience

Minimum requirements for a new hire in this role are:
- Master's degree in engineering technology, electrical and computer engineering, embedded systems, computer science, or closely related field.

Banking Business Systems Analyst
**What does a successful Banking Business Systems Analyst do?**
This position, will help establish and work with business analyst standards, assist with the software development process by defining and documenting software requirements, and reviewing the developed software to ensure it functions correctly, meets our software development standards, and fulfills the previously agreed-upon requirements.
**What you will do:**
+ Work with internal stakeholders such as Product Management, Client Care, and Compliance, as well as clients, to clearly define and document their requests.
+ Assist with diagnosis and troubleshooting of reported problems pertaining to software developed by the team.
+ Determine how to best implement the requested changes/customizations, which may include working with Development staff, Product Managers, QA staff, and/or other Business Analysts.
+ Create business requirements documentation/programming specifications with sufficient detail to enable application developers to complete the programming request.
+ Ensure that the final user documentation effectively conveys the information the client needs.
+ Review and validate developed software solutions to ensure that the completed product matches the business requirements and operates correctly.
**What you will need to have:**
+ 2+ years of business experience within the Banking and/or Credit Union industries.
+ Agile software methodology experience
+ Familiarity with software testing and validation methods.
+ Familiarity with software problem research methods.
+ Experience with SQL and Figma is preferred.
+ Experience with Agile development preferred.
+ Four-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
+ Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for extensive communication and facilitation between technical and non-technical audiences.
**What would be great to have:**
+ Familiarity with payment technology and/or core banking system.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Role SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Management Specialist to join our growing Data & Analytics team. This role is critical to ensuring the integrity, accessibility, and quality of health data across Personify Health's platforms. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, product, clinical, and operations teams to manage data pipelines, maintain data governance standards, and support analytics initiatives that drive personalized health solutions for our members.
Key Responsibilities- Own the lifecycle of health-related data assets, from ingestion and integration to validation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with data engineering to design and optimize data pipelines for accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
- Monitor and maintain data quality, working with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve discrepancies and anomalies.
- Implement and enforce data governance policies, including data classification, lineage, and metadata documentation.
- Support regulatory and compliance efforts (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2) through robust data tracking and auditing mechanisms.
- Partner with analytics and product teams to ensure data is structured and accessible for analysis, reporting, and ML use cases.
- Create and maintain data dictionaries, schemas, and technical documentation.
- Facilitate onboarding of new data sources (e.g., employer feeds, claims, EHR, engagement metrics).
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Public Health, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data management or data operations, preferably in a healthcare or digital health setting.
- Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, PostgreSQL).
- Understanding of data governance frameworks and health data privacy regulations (HIPAA, PHI/PII handling).
- Experience with data integration tools and technologies (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, Informatica).
Preferred:
- Familiarity with healthcare data types (claims, clinical, engagement, biometric, benefits, etc.).
- Experience working with modern data stacks (Snowflake, Looker, Databricks, etc.).
- Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare interoperability standards.
- Strong documentation skills and experience with tools like Confluence, Jira, or Notion.
