RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Calculated Hire Recruiter, you will build out talent networks of long-lasting, personal, and professional relationships with potential consultants. We create a next-level experience through the hiring process as they source and screen for qualified candidates to match them with opportunities where they can succeed. Recruiters advocate for their candidates, are accessible, genuine, and take the time to understand how they can add value to their job search and interview process. Our Recruiters bring value to our clients by offering them flexibility of timeline and finding them top talent at a rapid pace. Heres what you will do:
- Collaborate with our sales team to determine the clients hiring needs
- Help develop a strategy to identify niche-skilled candidates that meet expectations
- Qualify candidates through an intensive internal interview process before presenting candidate to external clients. This includes phone, in-person, and virtual interviews
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
- Provide resume coaching, mock interviewing, job offer assistance, and interview feedback to candidates
- Handle a variety of activities daily, as well as the challenge of new problems and new ventures
- Provide extensive onboarding and post-placement support to create raving fans in our consultants throughout the duration of their project assignments with our clients
- Consistently hit their weekly metric goals of phone calls, interviews, and placements
- Set personal and team goals through frequent goals sessions with your manager and recruiter support

As an Associate in our Mid Cap Investment Banking group, you will be a key player in our business strategy and execution. You will participate in the "full cycle" of transactional execution including preparing marketing pitches, reviewing and formulating financial analysis, preparing and presenting internal committee memoranda and client presentations. **Job Summary:**
We are looking for candidate(s) who will be responsible for:
**Maintaining and servicing existing portfolio as Junior Account Officer "JAO" / Jr Relationship Manager "Jr RM"**
**Developing banking business with new and existing customers, and**
**Driving various projects especially on corporate banking business for Japanese companies.**
**Major Responsibilities:**
+ Develop a well-balanced strategic and operational business plan, incorporating objectives, product planning, marketing, and sales strategies, in line with the guidelines provided by Relationship Manager (RM).
+ Face customers to : 1) maintain customer relationships and manage accounts, gaining a deep understanding of their businesses, organizations, and banking transactions; 2) develop new business opportunities in areas such as commercial loans, deposits, transaction banking, foreign exchange, and derivatives; 3) negotiate terms and conditions to maximize profitability and minimize risks.
+ Act as a key member of the deal team by preparing lending proposals and pitching to prospective clients. Promote cross-selling initiatives across the Bank's services to enhance sector penetration and returns, turning client interactions into significant sales opportunities.
+ Structure loan financing based on thorough risk assessments and assist in securing credit approvals from the Bank's appropriate authorities.
+ Promote the Bank's strong relationship banking culture through continuous customer engagement, quality client services, and in-depth product knowledge.
+ Support RMs by acting as their liaison to various internal parties such as the Product Office in the U.S., Headquarters in Tokyo, Japan, and MUFG's other offices/branches all over the world.
+ Assist the teams' business operations, client facing activities, and internal or client inquiries, such as regulatory reporting, arranging business trips or client meetings, and creating meeting minutes/call memos.
+ Participate in various projects including rule / procedure changes, revising fee table, and improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Assist with duties or inquiries related to compliance matters. Ensure adherence to all bank policies and procedures related to regulatory compliance as required.
+ Perform and coordinate other duties and projects as assigned by Department Head, Team Manager or RMs.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business / Finance / Economics required.
+ **3+years** of professional experience; banking experience in U.S. and international market is preferred.
+ **Minimum** **3 years** of banking experience in U.S. and international marketplace is required.
+ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
+ Strong financial aptitude and broad analytical ability.
+ Excellent oral and written communications skills including excellent business writing, editing, proofreading, and presentation skills.
+ Knowledge of domestic and foreign financial markets and products, including non-banking financial institutions, is preferred.
+ **Bilingual in Japanese and English is required.**
The typical base pay range for this role is between $66K - $85K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation. Overview:
Mastercard is searching for a technology and transactional lawyer to provide product development and commercial sales legal support and counsel to the Mastercard Open Banking Americas team. The role will act as an advisor for Mastercard Open Banking’s product and sales teams by partnering with the business to deliver on commercial objectives and strategy. The role will report to the Vice President for the Mastercard Open Banking Americas legal team.
Role:
The key responsibilities for the role include:
• Provide legal and business risk assessment and analysis on matters including new product constructs, sales agreements and go-to-market strategies related to Mastercard’s open banking products in the Americas.
• Advise from the concept through development to launch stage and beyond of various solutions and services.
• Structure, draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts with various partners in the open banking ecosystem.
• Provide legal advice to the business on a wide range of commercial and contractual matters.
•Collaborate with product and legal teams (including regulatory, compliance, and data privacy) to advise holistically on product constructs and commercial agreements to ensure that they are consistent with business strategy, internal policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
• Work with internal and external regulatory counsel relating to the impact of local laws, government regulations and directives relating to Mastercard's open banking solutions.

• US qualified lawyer with solid transactional training and experience (preferably including both law firm and in-house work experience).
