What You'll Do
As an Analyst with BCG Vantage in the Technology and Digital Advantage practice area of BCG, you will join a growing global team that provides technology and digital expertise, analysis, and advisory to BCG case and proposal teams. Acting as a thought partner and subject-matter expert, you will support clients through CIO Advisory and Technology transformation. Your role involves guiding CIOs and IT/Tech leadership in developing effective IT and technology strategies to transform their organizations into world-class technology functions, optimize IT and tech sourcing strategies, and create modern data and digital platforms.
Additionally, you will support your topic in developing existing & new intellectual property and knowledge assets. You will work on commercialization efforts, with business leaders, supporting marketing efforts, conferences and publications.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
- Applying your Tech and Digital expertise when contributing to building and deploying a product/tool/data, taking different client contexts into account
- Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working
- Communicating with senior stakeholders, being credible and proactive
- Framing, structuring, and sharing intellectual property, with the ability to write clearly and concisely
- Working creatively and analytically in a time-limited, problem-solving environment
- Flexibility and bring a curious and creative mindset, open for new things and able to propose innovative ideas
- Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
- Interacting with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment
- Master's degree relevant to CIO advisory; 1+ year of relevant work experience in IT, Tech, and/or strategy consulting preferred
- Or Bachelor's degree, with strict minimum of 1+ year consulting experience or 2+ years of relevant industry work experience in Tech or Digital topics; candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred
- Fluency in English
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Will not require employer sponsorship to work legally in the United States of America
As an Analyst BCG Vantage you will collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients. Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
- The base salary for this role is $79,000.00
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 16% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.

The base compensation for this role is $150,000 in USD. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and retirement contribution.
