- Collect and analyze data on resident progress using objective measurement tools, maintaining accurate records in compliance with 10A NCAC 27G documentation standards and Policy 8F requirements.
- Assist in behavior management, crisis intervention, and generalization of skills across the residential environment, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members (e.g., physicians, psychologists, occupational therapists) to ensure cohesive care.
- Participate in ongoing training and competency assessments to maintain skills in RB-BHT techniques, cultural humility, and ASD-specific interventions.
- Adhere to supervision protocols, including regular oversight by a BCBA or equivalent, and report any ethical concerns per BACB guidelines.
- Ensure all services are medically necessary, ordered by a licensed physician or psychologist, and provided in a manner that promotes habilitative outcomes without discrimination based on diagnosis.

Position Summary:
The ABA Case Supervisor works under the supervision of our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and conducts Direct and indirect Supervision of clients.
Responsibilities Include:
- Regularly supervise visits to oversee intervention delivery & provide ongoing support
- Performs functional behavior assessments for in-home ABA treatment
- Designs individualized ABA programs
- Trains parents and staff in the delivery of customized behavioral interventions for the treatment of problem behaviors and skill deficits

A Program Manager serves in the field as the onsite case supervisor and leader, mastering daily case management skills, including developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising BIs and providing education and training for client caregivers. You must be willing to drive 30 to 60 miles a day, and able to supervise client sessions anytime between 8AM and 6PM on weekdays, and occasionally on weekends.

- Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000hours)
- All Restricted hours completed
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program
- Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
- Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old)
- Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
- Collaborating with BCBA's and our team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC's core values
- Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
