**Position Overview**
The Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) is responsible to perform aircraft maintenance and/or repairs within estimated time in accordance with applicable HAECO Airframe Services ("HAECO"), FAA, and customer standards of quality. The Aviation Maintenance Technician will be part of the maintenance team comprised of 11 employees all managed by the Manager Aviation Maintenance. The Aviation Maintenance Technician will be supervised by the Maintenance Supervisor for aircraft maintenance and work scheduling. The selected candidate will participate and contribute to maintaining the company owned aircraft in an airworthy condition as defined by the FAA, the OEM and company policies. Will be involved with fueling and towing of aircraft, arrivals, departures, assisting passengers and fellow crew members as required. May be assigned to a company aircraft in a crew chief role. Participate in the tool control program to account for all tools when work is complete. Safe work practices must be followed and always demonstrated.
**Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:**
+ Must adhere to all aircraft maintenance manual procedures and inspection criteria, aircraft safety SOP's, airworthiness directives, personnel safety SOP's and the use of proper PPE as required.
+ Ensures all work meets FAA regulations and company guidelines.
+ This is a fully qualified position that performs maintenance and repair and assists in inspection of company-owned aircraft to ensure proper operation, aircraft safety and airworthiness. **Required Qualifications:**

+ 4 plus years FAA A&P license without violation.
+ 4 plus years overall large cabin Gulfstream or Embraer Praetor 500/600 experience.
+ 4 plus years' experience using Gulfstream CMP or similar maintenance tracking program.
+ Excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and the ability to integrate into a professional team environment.
+ Valid driver's license and US Passport.
+ Proficient with MS Windows,MS Office applications including teams video chat.
+ Working at heights using fall protection when required.
+ Operating a forklift, JLG boom lift, scissor lift, Lektro tug,hydraulic power carts, electrical power carts and associated aviation support equipment as required after company training.

**Position Overview**
The Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) is responsible to perform aircraft maintenance and/or repairs within estimated time in accordance with applicable HAECO Airframe Services ("HAECO"), FAA, and customer standards of quality. This includes organizing his/her work plan in an efficient and resourceful manner. The AMT is responsible to work in a safe manner, eliminating waste, and delivering a quality product on time.
+ Perform such typical maintenance operations as the removal and replacement of aircraft and powerplant components that require bolting, torquing, adjusting, rigging, and safety wiring to include powerplant, and flight control removal/installation.
+ Troubleshoot, repair, clean, service, modify, replace, and/or overhaul aircraft and aircraft systems using approved data to ensure airworthiness.
+ Follow all applicable specifications to accomplish a specific task.
+ Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
+ Perform work within estimated hours.
+ Follow all safety procedures and specifications with appropriate PPE.
+ Execute all required paperwork in connection with assigned normal duties.
+ Use and operate ground support equipment, as applicable and if qualified, in a safe manner.
+ Complete assignments with little or no rework.
+ Interface effectively with members of management, other departments, and co-workers.
+ Perform other work as instructed by the A&P Lead or Maintenance Supervisor, if qualified.
**What you need: (Requirements)**
+ High School diploma or equivalent.
+ Eighteen (18) months or more of aircraft maintenance experience on transport category aircraft or military aircraft
+ Must provide own tools as indicated on company tool list.
+ Language (read, write, speak, and understand English).
+ Must be able to learn through OJT and demonstrate progress in competencies.
+ Be capable of reading and understanding aircraft maintenance instructions.
+ Be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and/or stand for prolonged periods of time and climb ladders and/or service stands.
+ Subject to noise more than 85 dbs.
+ Must be able to breathe through a full-face respirator. Employees with facial hair will be required to purchase a hood to meet respirator requirements.
+ Capable of lifting fifty (50) pounds.
+ Job requires participation in the DOT random drug and alcohol testing program.
+ Normal or corrective hearing.
+ Minimum visual acuity of 20/40 corrected.
+ May be exposed to hazardous chemicals and requires the use of all safety equipment.

+ Completion of military or civil aviation maintenance instruction and/or training programs.

**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Troubleshoot and repair basic engine and related aircraft problems at on-site and off-site locations
+ Assist in complex engine and related aircraft repairs
+ Perform periodic inspections of engines and aircraft, for example, thrust reversers (TR), Major Periodic Inspection (MPI), Hot Section Inspection (HSI) in accordance with appropriate maintenance manuals
+ Perform removal, installation, and replacement of engines, accessories
+ Perform routine inspections, repairs and modifications on customer aircraft.
+ Complete inspections as required by maintenance programs, modification and inspection packages, and troubleshoot aircraft systems.
+ Ensure that all tasks assigned are completed and documented in accordance with manufacturer's manuals or other FAA approved data.
+ Must apply knowledge of the use and research of numerous airframe manuals.
**Pay:**
+ $30 - $5/hr (DOE)
**Qualifications:**
+ FAA Airframe and Powerplant license
+ Education: Must have completed high school diploma or GED to qualify.
+ Must have tools etched and shadowed

The pay range for this position is 32.00 - 57.00/hr.
