Perform quality computed tomography (CT) procedures under the supervision of a qualified radiologist, to ensure accurate and appropriate imaging information for use in diagnosis and treatment. Participate in teaching and research relating to CT in support of the organizational mission. Demonstrate active involvement in the department.

Required Qualifications: CT Technologist

  • Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology required.
  • Proficient with computers/computer systems to include basic navigation and use of email applications required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively required.
  • Ability to multi-task required.
  • Ability to deal with difficult or challenging customer interactions and escalate to management as appropriate required.
  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R)(CT) certification or ability to obtain ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT) in all practice specialty areas, within one year of hire or transfer date required.
  • State of Nebraska Medical Radiographer License required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon completion of department orientation required, must be from an American Heart Association (AHA) endorsed program (effective for new hires starting January 1, 2023 or later).

Preferred Qualifications: CT Technologist

  • Radiology experience preferred.
  • Bachelor of science degree preferred.

**Job Summary**
The Patient Care Technician (PCT) serves as caregiver to the patient during the scheduled work period. The Patient Care Technician provides patient-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned patient under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). **Qualifications**
High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.
Knowledge of healthcare, anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and medical equipment/supplies preferred.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
If working in North Dakota (ND) and not a Certified Nursing Assistant, must be on the North Dakota Department of Health Nurse Aide Registry upon completion of training/competency validation or a maximum of four months from the date of initial employment.
