Aramark Student Nutrition is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to provide a wide range of financial analysis regarding forecast, trends, monthly income statements, and ad hoc reports.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Supports the strategic planning process and the development of the annual business plan, budget and forecast for the business on an annual, monthly and weekly basis
+ Supports the quarterly operating reviews and other executive management reports
+ Recognizes opportunity and drives improvements with Aramark supplied software tools
+ Analyzes and compares monthly and quarterly results, metrics and key performance indicators against plan and other benchmarks
+ Analyzes productivity (food and labor), marketing and other business initiatives impact on financial results
+ Responsible for dashboard accuracy / reconciliation (PMD, Labor Dashboard, etc.)
+ Performs or compiles ad hoc analyses as the need arises
Note: Due to the nature of the business additional duties may be assigned from time to time.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelors degree in finance or related field with 3-6 years of relevant work experience
+ Previous FP&A and accounting experience a must
+ Detailed oriented, strong organization skills and ability to learn quickly while working in a fast-paced multifaceted environment
+ Ability to adjust priorities to meet timelines
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
+ Proven excellence in both written and verbal communication skills

- Provide all forms of direct services as credentialed by the Center in an efficient manner as evidenced by meeting the established productivity expectation.
- Provide Family Therapy.
- Documentation is reflective of the quality care expected of this position.
- Demonstrate recognition of importance of collaboration and teamwork within the Center and the community.
- Maintain competency in EBPs.
- Ensure patient functionality is measured according to established standards.
- Retain overall responsibility for meeting QA standards.
- Ensure timely response to requests for services.
- Attend all trainings classified mandatory by Federal and State regulations and Center policy. Comply with all OMH/CDMHC policies and protocols, applicable. Quality Assurance, Corporate compliance and Cultural Competence, and CARF policies, procedures and regulations and all Federal and State laws.
A master's degree in guidance, counseling, the social sciences or a related field.
Additional Requirements
- In order to be credentialed for core services as a Mental Health Professional at the SC Office of Mental Health, applicants must provide evidence of clinical experience providing direct patient care. This experience may be documented as a practicum or internship during graduate program, or post-graduate clinical experience. - A valid SC driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited program, university, or college in psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling or other behavioral discipline deemed equivalent by SCOMH.
Post hire, employee must:
- Have working knowledge of Mental Health legal principles and practices, of methods, principles and practices of clinical counseling and educational services.
- Have considerable knowledge of psychopathology and patient management in psychiatric setting.
- Have working knowledge of basic health and welfare services provided by other agencies.
- Be able to effectively plan, coordinate and manage complex treatment and to the ability to conduct detailed investigations, draw conclusions and recommend required actions.
