**What will you do?**
+ Enforce work procedures and service standards across beverage outlets
+ Observe, evaluate, and document bartender and porter performance; assist with team member training and outlet operations
+ Inspect bars and assigned areas to ensure compliance with alcohol laws, health codes, and safety regulations
+ Investigate monetary discrepancies, analyze operational issues, and resolve problems with associates and guests in coordination with management
+ Manage inventory by estimating needs, inspecting deliveries, performing monthly counts, and enforcing inventory and labor controls
**More about you**
+ Must be at least 18 years old
+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in a foodservice position required; previous experience as a supervisor ormanager preferred
+ Excellent guest service skills and basic math skills
+ Knowledgeable in the operating food service equipment, basic food preparatory techniques, sanitation, and safetyissues
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong time management and organizational skills
**Physical requirements**
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
+ Capacity to stand and walk during the entirety of shift
