General Statement (Summary of duties & responsibilities):

The Data Analyst serves as the data lead for the organization and is responsible for defining the requirements, metrics, and tables for the data warehouse. • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for BI initiatives aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs
• Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Develop predictive models, forecasting techniques, and other advanced analytical methods to support strategic decision-making.
• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations, using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to optimize data architecture and infrastructure to support BI initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including executives, department heads, and business users, to understand their needs and deliver insights that drive business value.

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related field.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar, as well as SQL and data visualization techniques.
• Prior experience with Cloud technologies, specifically Azure
• Experience working with API's to integrate across data platforms. Rest API experience is preferred.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
• Proven track record of driving business results through data-driven insights and BI solutions.
