**Required Experience and Education:**

+ 2+ years of relevant experience in a business intelligence business analysis role within a data warehousing/data mart environment OR 2+ years of experience in manufacturing/planning with a focus on systems, data analysis, and reporting.
+ Experience using SQL or a similar query tool for performing detailed data analysis.
+ Domo Business Intelligence experience required
+ SAP experience preferred
+ Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with technical teams as well as business customers.

The BI Specialist is an established performer that helps with the delivery of global BI solutions within a Global IT Center of Excellence (COE) team. The SR400 Express Lanes Project is a transformative $4.6 billion infrastructure initiative led by SR400 Constructors, a 50/50 joint venture between Flatiron Dragados and ACCIONA. Commissioned by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) and Georgia State Road Tollway Authority (SRTA), the project will add two 16-mile express lanes from Sandy Springs MARTA Station (Exit 5) to McFarland (Exit 12), enhancing mobility along one of Georgia's busiest corridors. With a peak workforce of over 500, the project also includes dedicated bus rapid transit stations and key bridge refurbishments. Construction is set to begin in late 2025, with substantial completion anticipated in 2031.

QualificationsEducation and Years of Experience: Graduate degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Management information science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Business, Accounting, Public Administration, or in a related disciplineAt least 8 years of progressively responsible, diversified technical application operations and maintenance experiencein a large organization
Additional Requirements:
• Proven experience in data migration projects, specifically from PeopleSoft to a Cloud Based Data Warehouse system.• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation• Experience with ETL tools and data integration techniques.• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and reporting tools.• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.• Experience in IBM Datastage• Experience in customizing Peoplesoft delivered maps• Six (6) months of experience using the Datastage tool and version designated in theTask Order• Excellent communication skills

THE OPPORTUNITY:
TechInsights is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team and play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in data analytics—from data wrangling and processing to advanced analysis and visualization—to develop and deploy impactful Tableau dashboards, reports, and data models. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational goals, challenges, and data needs.

Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights into critical KPIs and metrics.

Build and manage scalable Tableau and PostgreSQL data sources to support complex analytical needs.

WHO YOU ARE

Expert in data visualization and reporting, with strong Tableau Cloud experience and a user-centric approach to dashboard design; experience with other BI tools is a plus.

Highly proficient in data preparation techniques and quick to adapt to new tools and technologies.
