As a Data Warehousing manager you will focus on growing a team which leads our data warehouse technologies, implementing processes and governance in our data warehouse platforms, and building a data-driven culture within Colgate.
The Data Warehouse Manager will be an experienced data warehousing expert who enjoys working with users and enabling people and teams. Your team will take on challenging problems like optimizing company wide processes and establishing and growing the usage of new technologies. You will lead a team of platform engineers who support our analytics developers, automate and enhance our platforms, and help to transform our business with analytics based insight. You must be self-directed and comfortable supporting the needs of multiple teams, systems and products. **Compensation and Benefits**
Salary Range $115,200.00 - $168,500.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Data Warehouse Business Analyst
we are seeking two Business Analysts who will serve as a member of the Data Warehouse and Decision Support (DWDS) section in the Bureau of Information Technology Services (BITS) in the Division of Management Services. The DWDS team is responsible for the statewide longitudinal data warehouse (SLDS), development, system testing, analysis, and maintenance and integration of data in the SLDS, WISE dash and other reporting systems (Microsoft Fabric/Power BI). These systems require extensive K-12 sector knowledge and experience integrating complex data and developing dashboards and reports to convey that information to DPI staff, school districts and the general public. This person will be a member of a team practicing the Agile/Scrum development methodology.
This person will work on the transition of reporting and software features into technical requirements, such as epics, features, and stories following Agile/Scrum-based software development, as well as determine release plans and project scope. This position will work with and serve as a liaison between management and business units within DPI, external stakeholders, product owners, developers, and the scrum master and product owner to identify and analyze opportunities for improving reporting processes and business systems.
This position will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing and documenting system requirements and business rules, and creating user stories. This position will also be responsible for creating functional requirements and specifications, preparing process flow diagrams, and assisting with quality assurance.
Under general supervision of the DWDS section manager, this person will work closely with others to accomplish project objectives, or function independently to accomplish daily work requirements as a member of the DWDS team. Objectives, priorities and deadlines are established in consultation with the department program area leaders, project managers, and DWDS and IT managers.

**To qualify for the role, you must have**
