**Opportunity** :
CACI has openings for Identity Intelligence ( I2 ) /Biometric -Network Targeting Analysts in Charlottesville, VA. In this position you will support the Identity Intelligence Analytical Support (I2AS) program, at the Army's National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC). As a vital member of the I2AS team, you will provide rotational, deployed, embedded, and reach back support directly to SOF, developing targeting intelligence products while coordinating the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. You will assist in developing products that enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks and enabling DoD, IA and IC efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks.
You will apply your analytical and Identity Intelligence (I2) tradecraft to conduct analytic production on the full range of unique identifying human characteristics and modalities to include, but not limited to, fingerprints, deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), iris scans, voiceprints, facial recognition features, and human behavior for the purposes of identifying and tracking persons and networks.
Your analytical products fuse identity attributes to include, but not limited to, biographical, biological, behavioral, contextual, and reputational information related to individuals and intelligence associated with those attributes to identify and assess threat individuals and networks, their capabilities and capacity, centers of gravity, objectives, intent, and potential courses of action.
***6-Month Rotational Deployment is Required***
**Responsibilities:**
While deployed, you will be embedded with SOF to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners.
**Qualifications:**
**Required:**
+ Active TS/SCI clearance
+ Minimum: 2 years of related experience and a degree, or 6 years without.
+ An understanding of intelligence requirements for both lethal and non-lethal targeting
+ Experience conducting network analysis, pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, link analysis and social network analysis in support of attack the network operations.
+ Foundational understanding of the targeting tradecraft to incorporate trend and pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, network link diagrams and pattern of like (POL) analysis.
+ Experience providing direct analytical and targeting support to deployed SOF elements.
+ Experience with a variety of analytical tools and databases to include BI2R/I2AR, SOFEX, Palantir, Query Tree, Chrome, Analyst Notebook, Open Source research, Biometric Automated Toolset (BAT), TIDE, Pulse,
+ Open to participate in analytical debate and be receptive to constructive criticism.
+ Ability to meet appropriate COCOM pre-deployment requirements and deploy to OCONUS locations for a minimum of 6 months.

Amentum provides all required job training for qualified candidates. This position is a part time team member.
Part Time employees are expected to be available all five days, Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:45am to 4:15pm or for certain coverage times as needed at the site. This is not a regular Full -Time. Part-Time employees have a set schedule of hours; however, occasionally employees are notified the night before or day of if changes need to be made to the existing schedule. + Ensure all who enter the ASC are approved applicants and visitors while providing both interior and exterior crowd control and assisting the staff in enforcing the rules and policies of the ASCs.   
+ Provide front-line customer service as representatives of Amentum and on behalf of the United States Government.   
Highlights of Responsibilities:   
It is expected that providing applicants with the highest level of customer service is primary in all responsibilities.  This position must be able to work with the public, display a cheerful and inviting demeanor, smile, manage the applicants with sensitivity, courtesy and ensure the applicant is treated with respect as a customer of the USCIS ASC. Further, personnel must safeguard all areas where Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is vulnerable such as applicant's paperwork and identifications, electronic biometric data and reports.  
+ Perform quality biometrics processing to include capturing electronic fingerprints, photographs, and signatures within established program-wide processing times.   
+ Screen applicants entering the facility to ensure they have a valid appointment notice and identification allowing their entry into the ASC.  
+ Utilize crowd control barriers (stanchions or rails) to ensure a safe and organized entry into the facility.   
+ Visually inspect applicants and their belongings prior to allowing entry into the facility. During national pandemics or other health crisis, applicants may be asked questions about their status of illness and may be declined entry to the ASC per customer requirements.  
+ Conducting periodic facility checks (both interior and exterior) reporting any concerns to the Site Supervisor to manage.  
+ Assist the Site Supervisor and/or government Immigration Service Officer in calling local law enforcement or first responders when necessary.   
+ Manage and complete with accuracy administrative paperwork such as tracking processing time for applicants, reconciliation paperwork of biometrics captured, assisting in maintaining a visitor control log for non-applicants entering the facility, signing off on facility checks and other administrative duties as needed.   
Required Qualifications: 
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location. 
+ A High School Diploma or equivalent.  
+ Must be able to speak and write in English.  
+ Ability to stand upright on one's feet for scheduled shift duration, excluding meals and breaks.  
+ Ability to hold and grasp applicant's hands to obtain quality fingerprints.  
+ Ability to work in a high paced environment with the public.  
+ Ability to type and use basic computer skills.  
+ Successful completion of the biometrics training and become certified within sixty days.

Position Summary:

LifeHealth Biometric Health Screeners are responsible for conducting accurate health assessments at wellness screening events, typically in a corporate office setting. Services include biometric screenings and health assessments via point of care specimen collection and processing procedures. Staff are responsible for the setup, execution, and breakdown of wellness events at the corporate event site while providing excellent customer service to participants and clients. This position is seasonal PRN as needed, not full or part time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Complete various participant biometric screenings such as fingerstick capillary blood collection, venipuncture blood draw (if applicable), body composition, and vitals
  • Perform basic CLIA waived testing following required technical procedures on all blood sample collection
  • Complete quality controls on POC testing devices
  • Provide basic health education and consultation post measurement collection
  • Complete event set up, take down and maintenance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and always maintain participant privacy
  • Complete administrative duties such as checking in and out participants, paperwork differentiation and PHI consolidation as necessary
Qualifications/Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
  • Medical credentials required (CNA, MA, Phlebotomist, EMT, LVN, LPN, RN, etc.) Please note some states require specific medical certifications or license. Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare setting or similar
  • Must be proficient in fingerstick blood collection and taking manual blood pressure
  • Experience with CardioChek PA and or CardioChek Plus preferred
  • Must be eligible to work in the US
  • Must possess reliable transportation, have a clean driving record, and current automobile insurance.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Current CPR, BLS or ACLS
