The Utility Systems & Solutions business is responsible for growth, and development of EA's Utility and Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) markets. You'll make an impact by:
- Designing, evaluating, and refining incentive compensation plans across sales, operations, and support functions.
- Completing market research and competitive benchmarking to ensure plans are aligned with industry standards.
- Collaborating with business unit leaders, Finance, and HR to align compensation plans with strategic goals.

SUMMARY:
The Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) Analyst will provide analytical and operational support for the design, modeling, and execution of sales incentive plans. Job Description: Evaluates, plans, treats, and implements care for patients in accordance with professional standards of the American Association of Physical Therapy using Clinical Practice Guidelines, and policies and procedures of Essentia Health.
Education Qualifications:
- This is primarily an outpatient physical therapy position with a monthly Saturday rotation in inpatient care within the Deer River Hospital
- There is a $20,000 bonus for this position
- The comprehensive rehab team includes experienced physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, occupational therapists and speech therapists who work closely together
- The rehab team cares for patients across the lifespan with this position focusing primarily on adults with orthopedic and neurological conditions
- Provide coverage as part of a weekend call and holiday call rotation in Deer River
- Essentia Health provides a Career Ladder for therapists to advance in their career
- Moving expense reimbursement available
- This position is open to students in their final year of training, they can receive a monthly stipend for a maximum of 12 months before the official start date
