What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
+ Assist with planning, filming, and editing video content for marketing, training, and social media channels.
+ Capture high-quality photography and b-roll footage of products, events, and field demonstrations.
+ Support production of internal and external communications materials (dealer training videos, product tutorials, promotional campaigns).
+ Organize and maintain digital media assets, ensuring content is properly archived and accessible.
+ Collaborate with the marketing team on storyboarding, scripting, and creative direction.
+ Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment as needed for shoots.
+ Edit video content for multiple formats (short-form, long-form, reels, YouTube, trade show loops).
+ Assist in creating graphics, animations, or motion titles for media projects.
+ Ensure all media aligns with BOSS brand standards and messaging.
+ Provide support during photo/video shoots, including equipment setup and tear down.
+ Research new media trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.
What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
+ Currently pursuing a degree in media production, film, communications, or related field.
+ Experience in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
+ Experience with photography, videography, and media equipment preferred.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Creative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Communications Intern to join our team.   • Maintain, repair, and improve plant manufacturing equipment using mechanical and electrical knowledge.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems and mechanical equipment using blueprints, schematics, multimeter and other specialty tools.
  • Formulate and implement Preventive/Predictive maintenance programs and repairs using sound judgment and best known practices.
  • Documentation and other recordkeeping utilizing the Computerized Maintenance Database System.
  • Upkeep of plant infrastructure and subsystems including bulk gas and compressed air distribution systems.
  • Installations & start-up of new equipment
  • Develop & implement improvement ideas to keep BOSS competitive
  • Participate in and own/lead specific safety systems across the plant.

What Do You Need?

  • High School Diploma required, Associate’s Degree in related field preferred.
  • Minimum five years of related maintenance experience or demonstrated abilities in mechanical/electric/hydraulic systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
  • Demonstrated self initiative, ability to work with minimal supervision, and leadership.
  • Work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment across organizational boundaries as a member of a broader team.
  • Possess strong technical curiosity and become a technical master in our core technologies.
  • Possess a demonstrated value for safety and willingness to participate in world class safety programs including providing peer to peer feedback and driving safety improvements as a matter of daily business.

About the Role
BOSS Snowplow is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our machine operations within the manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of machine operators, ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role is crucial to supporting our mission of delivering reliable, high-performance snow removal equipment
B-Shift Hours:
Monday - Thursday 3:00pm - 1:00am (Will be required to show up early for a 30 min. overlap at 2:30pm.)
What Will You Do?
+ Drive Shift performance for Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost to meet or exceed established targets.
+ Utilize and maintain the Daily Management System to schedule and prioritize where resources are directed to meet customer demand.
+ Develop and train employees to increase their contribution to the business with emphasis on process improvement and employee engagement.
+ Improve and sustain area performance using lean manufacturing techniques
+ Champion problem solving and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of safety, quality or productivity issues.
+ Participate in all facets of shift management to include employee hiring, training, appraisal, discipline, termination.
+ Help drive a culture of teamwork, employee engagement, and customer focus.
+ Communicate effectively with all Boss team members.
+ Works daily with peer supervisors, Lead Production Supervisors, Operations Managers, HR Manager, Environmental Health and Safety Specialist, Quality Technicians and Maintenance.

+ Guides and leads the production schedule for a shift.
+ Applies critical thinking to problem solving.

What Do You Need?
+ At minimum, proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, SAP
+ 2-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Scope of Work:

The primary purpose of the position is to support Snow Removal Operations in support of the USAF Academy project site.

Responsibilities:

  • As part of the snow removal team, incumbent will perform section stand by duties, under the Pavements & Equipment Manager (P&E), and P&E leads to accomplish 24 hr. snow removal operations to include but not limited to snow plowing & snow removal on the base and have mission ready runway surface on airfield.
  • Perform base snow inspection and relay findings to Pavements & Equipment Manager (P&E) and P&E leads.
  • Efficiently operate heavy equipment such as, but not limited to snow blowers, dump trucks with snowplows and attached sand spreaders, magnesium chloride tanker (trailer mounted), front-end loaders, backhoes, motor graders, skid steers, CDL trucks and equipment.
  • Operate heavy equipment as required, including but not limited to the following activities in various types of terrain (dirt, snow, etc.)
  • Incumbent is to perform equipment checks as required to ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in safe operating condition. Notates any repair or maintenance needed and notifies the vehicle maintenance facility of any deficiencies prior to operation.
  • Performs minor maintenance and other related duties as assigned.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must possess and maintain a valid Colorado Commercial Driver’s License Class “B” required.
  • Tanker Endorsement , not required
  • 2 Year Vocational Degree or Equivalent Military Experience with 2 years of work-related skills, knowledge, and experience OR 5 years of direct work-related skills, certifications, knowledge, and experience.
  • Must be able to successfully complete a Agency Check with Inquiries (Tier 1) background check.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license and a safe driving record, in accordance with company policy, to operate vehicles or equipment as required for the position.

Physical Demands / Work Environment:

  • Must be able to perform stand-by duties when scheduled and report to work within one hour of notification.
  • Ability to work extended hours during heavy snowfall and emergency situations.
  • Must be able to work alternate and extended shift schedules when necessary to meet the mission requirements of the customer to include weekends and holidays.
  • Physical requirements include (but are not limited to) the ability to lift 60 pounds, pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, and reaching for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to work on-call, alternate, and extended shift schedules when necessary to meet the mission requirements, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to perform duties under adverse weather conditions (extreme cold / heat, etc.).
