What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
+ Assist with planning, filming, and editing video content for marketing, training, and social media channels.
+ Capture high-quality photography and b-roll footage of products, events, and field demonstrations.
+ Support production of internal and external communications materials (dealer training videos, product tutorials, promotional campaigns).
+ Organize and maintain digital media assets, ensuring content is properly archived and accessible.
+ Collaborate with the marketing team on storyboarding, scripting, and creative direction.
+ Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment as needed for shoots.
+ Edit video content for multiple formats (short-form, long-form, reels, YouTube, trade show loops).
+ Assist in creating graphics, animations, or motion titles for media projects.
+ Ensure all media aligns with BOSS brand standards and messaging.
+ Provide support during photo/video shoots, including equipment setup and tear down.
+ Research new media trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.
What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
+ Currently pursuing a degree in media production, film, communications, or related field.
+ Experience in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Communications Intern to join our team. This internship is designed to provide you with a comprehensive, hands-on experience in marketing communications, social media management, and content creation while contributing to BOSS' overall marketing efforts.

About the Role
BOSS Snowplow is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our machine operations within the manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of machine operators, ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role is crucial to supporting our mission of delivering reliable, high-performance snow removal equipment
B-Shift Hours:
Monday - Thursday 3:00pm - 1:00am (Will be required to show up early for a 30 min. overlap at 2:30pm.)
What Will You Do?
+ Drive Shift performance for Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost to meet or exceed established targets.
+ Utilize and maintain the Daily Management System to schedule and prioritize where resources are directed to meet customer demand.
+ Develop and train employees to increase their contribution to the business with emphasis on process improvement and employee engagement.
+ Improve and sustain area performance using lean manufacturing techniques
+ Champion problem solving and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of safety, quality or productivity issues.
+ Participate in all facets of shift management to include employee hiring, training, appraisal, discipline, termination.
+ Help drive a culture of teamwork, employee engagement, and customer focus.
+ Communicate effectively with all Boss team members.
+ Works daily with peer supervisors, Lead Production Supervisors, Operations Managers, HR Manager, Environmental Health and Safety Specialist, Quality Technicians and Maintenance.
+ Applies sound judgement and consistency when working with direct reports.
+ Guides and leads the production schedule for a shift.
+ Applies critical thinking to problem solving.

What Do You Need?
+ At minimum, proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, SAP
+ 2-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
+ At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or team lead role is preferred.
+ Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
+ Experience working in a union environment is valued.
+ Strong communication, conflict resolution and team motivation skills are essential for success in role.

Experienced Heavy Equipment Grading Operator

The Position:
We're looking for Heavy Equipment Operators to work in our Grading department. Under the direction of the Foreman, the Operator will be responsible for operating several types of related construction equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

The Location:
- Projects will vary by location, so reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to any job site is required as needed.
The Candidate:
- Valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record.
- CDL is preferred but not necessary.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be punctual and dependable.
- Able to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, weekends, as needed.
- Be able to tolerate and work in variable weather conditions, and work in dirty and dusty environments.
- Member of a Local Operators Union, or willingness to become a union member are required. Union membership is not required prior to employment. Our Human Resources Department is available to assist in that process if needed.
- Successfully pass, or has passed the Operators Union aptitude test when required.
- Safely use machinery to move construction materials, earth, and other materials at a construction site.
- Ability to operate equipment that clears and grades land to prepare it for construction.
- Able to read and understand grade stakes, automated machine control cab displays, etc.
- Able to make rough grade, and finish grade as needed.
- Able to safely maneuver machinery in tight quarters, around people, traffic, and utilities.
- Ability to clean, maintain, and assist in repairing equipment.
