What You'll Do

Your work as a highly motivated Marketing & Communications (M&C) Junior Specialist Central Europe (CE) will focus on global and local flagship campaigns and practice area topics. As a member of our CE M&C Strategy & Campaigns team, youll support the development of campaign strategies for all topic areas and ensure effective activation and orchestration of global marketing content in the Central European region. Youll lay the foundation for our 360 campaigns in close consultation with local campaign owners, the CE M&C Leadership Team, and global M&C teams. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of our campaigning capabilities, support data-driven marketing approaches, and help address topics cross-functionally.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the conceptualization and implementation of content and planning activation for strategic positioning priorities, including messaging development, activation planning, implementation, and performance measurement.
  • Communicating and building awareness across CE markets, especially Germany, using a 360 approach across all channels, and defining guidelines, frameworks, and timelines.
  • Creating and interpreting thought leadership content and editorials in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Conducting analyses and benchmarkings with our Marketing Intelligence team to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
