Job Description
An exciting opportunity to join the opening team of our upcoming AP House in Miami, FL. As an integral part of the AP House - Miami team, the Boutique Technical Advisor plays a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for all guests.
The Boutique Technical Advisor contributes to the success of the boutique by providing best customer experience, by monitoring the service of AP watches, by supporting sales, by promoting our brand and products and by executing assigned work, within given time frames and in ways that meet objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide inspection service in order to identify problems with watches.
- Ensure the follow up of the intervention on AP watches by analyzing daily report synchronized between the boutiques and the CS centers.
- Complete simple interventions such as bracelet changes or adjustments, check of waterproofness and accuracy, battery change and time setting.
- Master and uses the different technical and IT applications related to all Aftersales operations (e.g. M3, Ultraquick, CRM). Manage the stock inventory related to repairs inclusive of procurement
- Provide reliable, accurate, and first class customer service.
- Successfully build the appropriate rapport with prospects and clients in contact with the boutique.
- Complete some sales transactions and advise customers on product information. Contribute to maintain store's appearance.
- Participate actively in Customer Relationship Management data collection. Ensure the welcoming of the aftersales customers and all related tasks.
- Might participate to internal and external events of the boutique.
- Technical skills and related experience required.
- Demonstrate expertise on new luxury watches as well as old vintage watches; and a good general knowledge of watchmaking industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Qualifications:**
+ Experience servicing personal accounts within an insurance agency.
+ Thorough knowledge of personal lines coverages and markets.
+ Experience with an electronic agency management system.
+ Active Massachusetts Producer license.
+ Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Description of Role:
Serve as an integral member of the client advisory team responsible for all aspects of client relationship management and investment advisement. The SF Client Advisory team is expected to be in the office Monday through Thursday with remote work permitted on Fridays.
Investment Responsibilities
- Develop a clear understanding of clients existing assets, liabilities, planning structures, and cash flow requirements.
- In conjunction with the senior client advisor, develop ongoing investment strategy including objectives and guidelines, and asset allocation for each client entity. Monitor asset allocation with appropriate asset class and manager rebalancing recommendations, while addressing tactical investment opportunities.
- Evaluate and provide recommendations regarding potential investments identified by Pathstones Research Group as well as occasional client-directed opportunities.
- Run portfolio analytics and develop presentations to facilitate investment dialogue with clients.
- Serve as a resource for senior members of client advisory team for ad-hoc projects.
- Attend weekly investment committee meetings and engage with research colleagues.
Client Service
- Review and ensure accuracy and completeness of all client reporting material with formal reports delivered on a quarterly basis.
- Respond to a wide variety of client requests encompassing, but not limited to, investment-related issues, wealth transfer planning, tax, estate and legal structural issues, audit assistance and philanthropic planning.
- Serve as a client advocate and key point of client contact, proactively developing solutions to an evolving set of needs.
- Business travel likely.
Management
- Serve in a leadership capacity within the client advisory team to help mentor and develop associates and senior associates.
- Manage people, processes, and projects in conjunction with other members of the team both within client advisory and across cross-group initiatives.
