Rumble Boxing CAREER OVERVIEW: Rumble is searching for elite trainers to lead, instruct, and motivate. Our 45-minute class is a full-body workout designed around our water-filled, tear-drop-style boxing bags. RUMBLE QUALITIES: Customer-Service Skills.Rumble trainers have a unique/fun energy and establish/maintain relationships with clients on behalf of Rumble. Motivational Skills.To keep clients coming back, Rumble trainers must keep their clients engaged throughout the workout. Physical Fitness.Rumble trainers must be physically fit, as their job requires a considerable amount of exercise. Rumble instructors need to participate in classes and demonstrate exercises, as necessary. Problem-Solving Skills.Rumble trainers must provide regressions and progressions for clients with differing abilities. Communication Skills.Rumble trainers must be able to communicate and deliver exercise cues/movements to clients in an professional, clear, and motivating manner. Listening Skills.Rumble trainers must be able to "read the room.” Time Management.Rumble trainers must be proficient in delivering a multi-dimensional workout, while delegating their attention to both the boxing and strength training areas concurrently. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: * Reviewing Programing prior to teaching a Rumble class- which includesboxing combinations on the bag and strength circuits on the floor in accordance with Rumble guidelines. * Creating playlists using proprietary Rumble Music * Monitoring client execution of exercises and correcting techniques to minimize injury and maximize results. QUALIFICATIONS: Preferred: Completed courses/certifications in personal training and/or group fitness. Preferred: Boxing experience Required: 6+ months group fitness experience or personal training experience *Applicant must submit their resume. Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Package Boxing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for wrapping and packaging bicycles into shipping boxes for distribution. The ideal candidate must be physically fit, detail-oriented, and capable of lifting heavy items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carefully wrap and package bicycles into appropriate shipping boxes to ensure they are secure during transit.
• Utilize packing materials effectively to prevent damage to bicycles.
• Label packages accurately with shipping information.
• Assist in maintaining an organized and clean packing area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals and deadlines.
• Perform quality checks on packaged items to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
• Previous experience in packaging, shipping, or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

POSITION:  The purpose of the Sales Associate is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio, building a relationship, providing a positive experience, and successfully moving them through the sales process to a membership sale. The Sales Representative also assists with retaining and providing exceptional customer service to current members. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred, but not required. This position is part-time position that requires availability to work a rotating, weekend morning shift. 

REQUIREMENTS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close

· Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s goals and needs

· Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production

· Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider

· Present available services to current or prospective members

· Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota

· Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club

· Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills

· Process accurate cash and credit card transactions

· Follow up & follow through activities with prospective clients

· Input inventory for retail clothing and other items

· Attend and complete all relative training programs

· Take pictures for social media platforms

· Light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms

· Other duties as assigned
