**What your day-to-day will be like:**
+ Support clients with workforce planning, talent management, performance management and organizational planning.
+ Drive HR initiatives that support business strategies and promote a unified company culture.

+ Identify critical areas for the analysis, development, and implementation of integrated HR solutions that support your client's global business strategy.

+ Advise on all areas of HR support.
**How you will collaborate with others:**
+ Support business partners regarding organizational structure or job changes, applying your analytical experience to make recommendations on talent management, succession, turnover reporting, position descriptions, salaries, and job changes.
+ Inspire a culture of accountability.
+ Ensure positive partnerships with HR Center of Excellence (COE) groups, including Benefits, Compensation, Team Member Relations, Learning and Development, Recruiting, and HR Analytics to provide client solutions.
+ Partner with Legal and Finance departments and governmental agencies to respond to information requests.

+ Building partnerships with key stakeholders, you will gain deep insights into short and long-term business objectives. Your input will help shape business strategy by evaluating the people-related risks and opportunities, leveraging organizational strengths, and addressing constraints within the current framework.

**You have these minimum qualifications:**
+ Four (4) years of experience working in a large, global, corporate, matrixed environment
+ Three (3) years of experience supporting HR strategy that is aligned with the critical priorities of the business
+ Three (3) years of consulting, project management (PM), or Change Management experience
+ Advanced proficiency in Excel
+ Travel as needed
**It would be useful if you have:**
+ BA/BS Bachelor's Degree or MS/MA Master's Degree
+ Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification
+ Experience with Oracle, PeopleSoft, and Success Factors

Qualifications:

ESS Requirements:
- Current NYS License/Certificate
- Clinical Staff must have a minimum of 2 years' experience to be eligible for employment.
- Scheduling Requirements: 4 shifts monthly, out of 4 shifts at least 2 worked on weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday), & 2 major holidays per year.

ResponsibilitiesCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties:
- Direct and monitor the personal care duties carried out by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) of an assigned team.
- Report to nurse on duty unusual symptoms, daily needs and progress of residents.
- Notify nurse on duty of changes in residents' conditions or needs
- Follow the Profile of Care for each resident and monitor the performance of the Nursing Assistants (CNA) in carrying out the appropriate aspects of the care plan.
- Responsible for responding immediately to residents' requests.
- Assist residents with the following Activities of Daily Living (ADL), according to their plan of care and individual needs.
- Required to float to at-least 2 of our locations of your choice
Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications:
- Sixteen (16) years of age required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Registration in the State Nurse Aide Registry (CNA) is required. Active on the State Nursing Aide Registry with no findings or convictions of resident abuse, mistreatment or misappropriation of property.
- 2 years of working experience with your active State Nurse Aide Registry (CNA) required.
- Training and CNA work experience in a geriatric setting preferred.
- Ability to supervise and work well with other personnel
- Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing
- Caring and respectful attitude towards residents
- Physical stamina for constant activity required.
- Ability to perform tasks to established standards of excellence required.
- This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors. In order to ensure a safe work environment for residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors of the Company, and to permit unfettered communication between the employee and those residents, coworkers, visitors, and supervisors, this position requires that the employee be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level.

We are seeking a Regional Sales Director (Dallas) to expand nuKudos' presence in one of the most dynamic U.S. markets. This role is ideal for a quota-carrying sales leader with strong business development skills and a passion for building trusted client partnerships. You'll be responsible for driving new business, growing existing accounts, and delivering staffing solutions that close critical workforce gaps in cybersecurity and adjacent fields.
Sales & Business Development
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close in Dallas and North Texas.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise and mid-market accounts, including MSSPs, Fortune 1000 companies, and high-growth tech firms.
- Clearly communicate nuKudos' unique value: vetted, trained, and mission-driven cyber talent that delivers from Day 1.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly revenue and placement targets.
Client Partnerships
- Act as a trusted advisor to CISOs, CIOs, HR leaders, and hiring managers.
- Conduct consultative assessments to design staffing solutions tailored to real capacity challenges.
- Expand existing client relationships by introducing new associates, specialized roles, and long-term programs.
Market Leadership
- Represent nuKudo at conferences, expos, and regional industry events.
- Serve as the face of nuKudo in Dallas, strengthening our brand and building long-term opportunities.
- Share market intelligence with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies.
Collaboration & Alignment
- Partner with nuKudos recruiting and training teams to ensure seamless delivery of associates.
- Work with marketing to maximize campaign ROI, event follow-ups, and account-based outreach.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and reporting in Salesforce.
Success Metrics
- Meeting/exceeding quarterly sales quotas (placements and revenue).
- Securing new client accounts (new logos) in the Dallas market.
- Expanding placements within existing accounts.
- Driving high client satisfaction and repeat business.
What Were Looking For
- 5-7 years of B2B sales experience in staffing, cybersecurity, HR tech, or consulting.
- Proven ability to close annual contracts and grow enterprise accounts.
- Strong network across IT, HR, and Tech leadership in Dallas.
- Familiarity with staffing economics (bill rates, margins, utilization).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a growth environment.
