Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing player in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead brand strategy and execution for a key product portfolio in Fort Worth, Texas, US . This role is critical for driving brand growth, market share, and profitability through innovative marketing initiatives, deep consumer understanding, and effective cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate possesses a strong track record in brand management within the FMCG industry, a strategic mindset, and excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing plans, managing P&L for your brands, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive market share and revenue growth.
  • Lead the development of annual marketing plans, including advertising, promotions, digital marketing, and in-store activities.
  • Manage the brand's P&L, including forecasting, budget management, and performance analysis.
