**Summary**
Under the general direction of the Brand Strategy & Experience Manager, the Brand Experience Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing trade shows, employee events, marketing events, and sales events, as well as managing the Brand Studio. This includes overseeing shipments and inventory across three brands, creating and distributing branded gifts, and supporting demo programs. The role also assists with marketing briefs and campaign execution, maintains budget documentation, and processes invoices to support the broader Brand Equity & Innovation team.
**Essential Functions**
**Event Coordination & Execution (45%)**
+ Lead the execution of trade shows, employee events, marketing activations, and sales events (up to 30 experiences and 3 trade shows annually).
+ Manage logistics, vendors, and timelines while delivering within the events budget.
+ Manage all event materials for execution, creating lists, packing, setting up and unpacking after events.
+ Maintain budget documents. Process purchase requests, track expenses, and submit invoices for approval and payment.
**Brand Studio (40%)**
+ Oversee the Brand Studio and storage areas, coordinating fulfillment and shipments across three brands. Working closely with brand managers, communication, social media, digital and sales.
+ Maintain accurate inventory systems for marketing materials, premiums, and collateral, ensuring on-time delivery to support business needs.
+ Create, source, and fulfill custom gifts and premium requests, including influencer kits, sales support, and internal gifting.
**Marketing Support (15%)**
+ Coordinate weekly and monthly marketing planning meetings by scheduling, note taking and helping develop plans.
+ Support with marketing briefs and campaign execution.
+ Support demo program logistics and shipments as needed.
+ Manage and filter Asana requests, help make new forms when needed.
+ Assist with Invoice Tracking, Purchase Order Training and Vendor Setup for Brand Development team.
+ Provide ideas and illustrations to the Creative team to bring campaigns and activations to life.
+ Perform additional duties in support of Brand Experience, Marketing, and Sales initiatives.
+ Oversee donation program.
**Position Requirements**

Summary of Position
We are seeking a strategic and creatively driven professional to join Nexon America as an Events & Brand Experience. This individual will lead the planning and execution of public-facing creative initiatives, including milestone video content and event programming.
This role will focus on content production, creative strategy, and storytelling both as standalone projects and as integrated components within offline events. The ideal candidate has experience in brand storytelling, video production, and large-scale audience engagement.
This is a manager-level individual contributor role with full ownership of project strategy, creative execution, and cross-functional delivery.

Job Responsibilities
Creative & Content Production
* Lead concept-to-execution of key creative initiatives such as anniversary videos, developer communication series, and branded storytelling content

Compensation Description for Pay Transparency (annually)
The base salary range for this position in El Segundo, CA is $80,000 - $95,000 annually.

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
