Summary of Position
We are seeking a strategic and creatively driven professional to join Nexon America as an Events & Brand Experience. This individual will lead the planning and execution of public-facing creative initiatives, including milestone video content and event programming.
This role will focus on content production, creative strategy, and storytelling both as standalone projects and as integrated components within offline events. The ideal candidate has experience in brand storytelling, video production, and large-scale audience engagement.
This is a manager-level individual contributor role with full ownership of project strategy, creative execution, and cross-functional delivery.
We are currently working in the office 2-3x a week in a hybrid work model.
Job Responsibilities
Creative & Content Production
- Lead concept-to-execution of key creative initiatives such as anniversary videos, developer communication series, and branded storytelling content
- Develop creative briefs, content outlines, and narrative direction in partnership with internal teams (Brand, Community, Legal, etc.)
- Manage relationships with external production vendors and directors, including shoot coordination and delivery timelines
- Ensure all content aligns with Nexon's tone, brand values, and global messaging standards
- Drive messaging strategy and content planning for milestone campaigns and cross-functional projects
- Collaborate closely with HQ and global teams on alignment and delivery for global-facing creative
Event Content Strategy & Creative Programming
- Plan and lead the content and creative side of major events (MapleStory Fest, pop-ups, conventions), including stage content, show flow, video programming, and creative assets
- Work with event operations leads to integrate storytelling, visuals, and player-facing content into physical activations
- Oversee development and production of on-site and pre-recorded video content for events
- Ensure creative directions of events aligns with game updates, player sentiment, and global strategy
Work Experience
- 5+ years in creative production, content marketing, or cross-functional brand storytelling
- Experience managing external vendors, creative partners, or video production pipelines
- Strong familiarity with fan-facing content, gaming culture, or entertainment IPs
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative, Production, or a related field.
Knowledge/Skills

Compensation Description for Pay Transparency (annually)
The base salary range for this position in El Segundo, CA is $80,000 - $95,000 annually.
Our salary ranges are determined by market data based on position and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salaries for that position. An individual’s pay is determined by factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experiences, relevant education or training, and location.

Job DescriptionThe Vice President, Brand Experience plays a key role in leading media strategy and providing thought leadership for a high-profile client account. Reporting into the SVP, Brand Experience, this role is responsible for developing innovative media solutions, overseeing the execution of integrated media plans, and ensuring the agencys work exceeds client expectations. The VP will serve as a key client contact, driving strategy, building relationships, and mentoring a talented team of media professionals.
Responsibilities- Serve as key primary media lead for senior-level client contacts, providing strategic direction and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Oversee the development and execution of holistic, cross-channel media strategies, including digital, programmatic, national, local, and other media types to meet client business objectives.
- Lead the team in delivering innovative media solutions that challenge the status quo and drive business results.
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth, presenting new ideas and approaches to the client.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of media planners and strategists, fostering collaboration and high performance. Ensure the teams work is aligned with client goals and agency standards.

- 12+ years of media planning and buying experience, with progressive responsibility across digital and traditional media.

- Extensive experience with all media types, including digital (display, search, social, mobile), programmatic, national and local TV, print, radio, OOH, and more.

Compensation Range: $146,490 - $200,400 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
