The reason behind the role.

As SingleOps, LMN, and Greenius merge into one industry-leading company, we're expanding our Product Marketing team to meet the needs of a growing product ecosystem. We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of our core landscaping business management software, LMN, with an emphasis on leading product launches and driving adoption of high-impact areas of LMN, including the Crew App, as well as Invoicing & Payments. This role will be highly visible within our organization and will be critical to the success of our company's growth plan.

You'll be responsible for turning customer insights and product capabilities into clear value-messaging for customers-facing teams. You'll own the execution of the product marketing strategies in partnership with Marketing, Sales, & Customer Success to drive customer acquisition and retention. You'll help shape how we tell the story of our suite of solutions, and bring critical feedback back to the product management team to influence what we build next. You'll have an opportunity to become a strategic asset to our company in this seat.

You'll report to the Senior Product Marketing Manager , and join an excellent marketing team that values curiosity, clarity, and impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on cross-functional execution and wants to be a key driver of growth at a fast-moving, scaling company.

In This Role, The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Become and serve as an expert on our product, our customers, and our market.
  • Lead go-to-market / product launch execution for LMN platform including Invoicing and Payments, LMN Crew App, and align all internal teams through communications and documentation.
  • Conduct customer and market research to better understand different types of landscaping businesses and what they value, and how our product does or does not serve their needs.
  • Use this knowledge and translate product capabilities into compelling positioning, messaging, and customer-facing materials that will empower marketing (e.g., personas, messaging), sales (e.g., product resources), and customer experience teams (e.g., objection handling, FAQs).
  • Partner with Product Managers and PMM Leadership to support roadmap alignment and deliver features that customers need.
  • Develop and execute in-app communication strategy that will drive deeper product adoption amongst new and existing LMN customers.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation, Content, and SDR teams to inform product campaigns and marketing strategy.
  • Lead beta testing, product sunsetting, and product release process through planning, and deep cross-team collaboration and communication.

Job Summary

As a valued member of our US Product Marketing Team this individual supports and leads projects in the management of Cardiac Management Solutions (CMS) marketing and product efforts in conjunction with ZOLL CMS Marketing leadership.

Essential Functions

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

**Role Overview**
As a Learning Development Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic global team that enables and mentors VMware by Broadcom's field and partner customer-facing engineers and architects on current and next-generation VMware solutions. **Key Responsibilities**

**Compensation and Benefits**
The annual base salary range for this position is $103,000 - $182,000.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
