Our client, a prominent consumer goods company known for its innovative product lines and strong digital presence, is seeking an experienced E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead their omnichannel strategy. This hybrid role, based in the vibrant city of Columbus, Ohio, will be responsible for driving online sales growth, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all digital and physical touchpoints. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, manage digital advertising budgets, and analyze performance metrics to optimize ROI and achieve key business objectives.
Key responsibilities include strategizing and implementing paid search (PPC), paid social, SEO, email marketing, and affiliate marketing initiatives. You will manage the e-commerce website's user experience, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and product catalog, working closely with web development and design teams. Collaboration with the social media team to integrate campaign efforts and drive traffic and conversions is crucial. You will also oversee promotional calendar planning, manage agency relationships, and conduct in-depth analysis of e-commerce sales data, website analytics, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, demonstrating a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce). Proven success in managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns and improving conversion rates is essential. Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills are required. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. While this role is hybrid, offering a flexible balance between remote work and in-office collaboration in Columbus, Ohio, US , it requires a dedicated individual committed to driving exceptional results in the ever-evolving digital marketplace.
