THE ROLE
Responsible for sourcing anything that cannot be found on the Farfetch marketplace for our Private Clients, our Brand Specialists are the core of the Fashion Concierge service. Whilst this role is based in the United States our team supports our Private Client Stylists globally, and you will be contributing to delivering on our global sales strategy.
We are looking for someone with a strong knowledge of the global luxury landscape and an excellent network within the luxury retail industry. Knowledge of working with high value accessories, Fine Watches or Fine Jewellery is desirable but not essential. You should be able to work to tight deadlines, have strong commercial acumen and a customer-first approach. Past exposure to the world of luxury personal shopping or VIP sales is preferred.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Source products through the global Fashion Concierge network in response to 'pull' requests received from Farfetch Private Client Stylists, ensuring that all enquiries are handled within our agreed SLAs;
- Support direct to client offers by engaging our network to proactively offer stock through our 'Discovery' tool and D2C edits;
- Build and grow professional relationships to build commissioned partnerships with luxury brands and multi-brand retailers. Analyse results to drive growth in your portfolio of core luxury brands;
- Drive internal and external customer engagement with the Fashion Concierge app;
- Support our Private Client Stylists by curating edits of immediately available products to share with their clients;
- Using the relevant systems analysing key data and KPI metrics to understand trade trends & results. Feedback findings & results to the wider Fashion Concierge team and other key stakeholders;
- Contribute to medium- and long-term planning through participation in focus groups, team meetings and other ad-hoc projects as required;
- Work with Private Client Stylists & Managers to identify sales opportunities for key clients, or groups of clients;
- Produce edits and lookbooks to support core brand sales and high value category sales.

- The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $55,000 and $65,000 a year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

Viant is looking for a highly motivated Brand Specialist, IRIS.TV to directly support IRIS.TV and evangelize IRIS-enabled data to key brands and agencies. THE DAY-TO-DAY

Job Summary:
The objective of the Brand Specialist position is to productively support Beauty Barrage's client brands in various retailers. The Brand Specialist will be responsible for achieving sales targets in an assigned market, cultivating relationships, and driving brand awareness.
As a Brand Specialist, you will report to the Field Sales Manager or Brand Executive depending on your market. Our Brand Specialists are expected to be self-starters, results-oriented, and have a passion for the beauty industry.
This is a fluctuating, part-time opportunity, with the work schedule varying monthly based on the brands' needs and distance willing to travel.
Job Duties:
- Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.
- Represent brands within an assigned territory and retailers to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Establish and develop strong relationships with the store teams.
- Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge.
- Execute interactive product demonstrations.
