**ROLE SUMMARY:** The Brewery Experience Manager will ensure that the brewery consumer experience is delivered flawlessly at all consumer touch points. The position will ensure our locations branding, offerings, events, and messaging align with overall brand priorities. Brewery Experience Manager will be accountable for driving traffic to our pub locations, reporting on pub events and marketing efforts to senior leadership, and collaborating with Brand and Pubs Management.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Ensure that the company consumer experience is delivered flawlessly at consumer touchpoints.
+ Drive traffic to the pub through marketing efforts including - social media, marketing campaigns, branded events, consumer engagement initiatives, consumer loyalty programs, paid media , and other marketing levers.
+ Represent Devils Backbone when collaborating with local media, community organizations and non-profits to create events, marketing, and programming to drive traffic to pubs.
+ Manage pubs online + social media channels. Train pubs managers to support.
+ Ensure brand priorities and brand guidelines are executed at a pub level.
+ Improve and align consumer experience to be consistent across multi-pub outlets.
+ Report regularly on pub marketing efforts to Marketing Director and Senior Leadership, including marketing metrics, ticket/event sales, etc.
+ Manage the brewery marketing budget and reduce costs without compromising quality.
+ Coordinates consumer, competitor, and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
+ Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements.
+ Play a crucial role in the collaboration between our hospitality & commercial team.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, hospitality or related field preferred.
+ 2+ years of experience in event/hospitality marketing.
+ Strategic thinker who can articulate the brand vision through hospitality lense and on-site events, as well as anticipate and identify consumer needs.
+ Creative problem solver who can be collaborative with a diverse cross-functional team.
+ Strong prioritization and decision-making skills, with the ability to maintain an excellent attention to detail.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, major social media outlets, reporting tools (Google Analytics), Adobe Office Suite, and SquareSpace website management, and more.

Full Time Morning Hours Monday - Friday
Starting $22.00 per hour

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor. The general purpose and function of the Site Supervisor encompasses the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services for a client's site.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training all Allied Universal®. personnel assigned to his/her site)
+ Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met
+ Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS
+ Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance when assigned to his/her shift
+ Perform other operations and related functions (e.g., payroll, review and maintain incident reports, assist in preparation of security surveys and post orders)
+ Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions for those under his/her direct supervision.

**QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):**

+ Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
+ Must possess one or more of the following:
+ Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
+ Service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets
+ Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry
+ Associate's degree or higher in any discipline
+ Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed)
