**Position Summary:**
Plans and performs a normal range of mold set-ups, process set-up and adjustments, material replenishment. Of plastic injection materials, improving efficiency and assuring quality specifications are met.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Setup molds per manufacturing requirements.
+ Load material and clean hoppers.
+ Keep work area equipment clean and in accurate working condition.
+ Works with Maintenace Technicians to assure maximum machine up-time, Also perform all other task assigned by team leader as necessary.
+ Perform daily 5s requirements, including wiping machines down and conducting assigned area cleanliness duties such as sweeping and emptying trash receptacles.
+ Identify and report safety hazards in the Intelex system.
+ Willing to train individuals with the right attitude and skill set.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent.
+ **Experience:** Some experience in a factory or mechanical background. 2-5 yrs experience in Injection molding and set up experience preferred.
+ **Skills:** Ability to read and interpret Blueprints, perform basic math, and use measuring instruments like calipers, and micrometers. Must have good Verbal and written communication skills and be able to use hand tools and operate equipment.
+ Must be able lift min.of 50 pounds.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT:**
+ 8-to-12-hour shifts. Days shift Night shift. Monday- Friday with occasional weekend work.

**Position Summary:**
In this position, you will be responsible for safely processing parts to SPTECH quality and rate standards using plastic injection molding machines. You will perform Quality Assurance checks while parts are being made to identify non-conforming parts early and report them to the Process Technician on duty.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Perform and document quality assurance checks every 3 hours using go/no-go gauges, calipers or micrometers, and visually inspect against established control plans.
+ Process parts, including but not limited to: separating runners, clipping parts from gates, manually running machines, counting parts using a part counting scale system, and properly packaging and labeling parts in accordance with work order specifications.
+ Ensure the use of the 3-bin system to avoid cross-contamination in the event of non-conforming parts.
+ Documents 3 hour Quality Inspections, individual assigned Machine's throughput and overall Shift throughput
+ Identify and report safety hazards in the Intelex system.
+ Properly process scrap or material to be reground in accordance with company policy.
+ Identify and report packaging material shortages, such as boxes and bags.
+ Clear and close machines when orders are complete, including closing work orders, returning gauges and control plans to Quality Assurance, processing all parts left at the machine, disposing of or grinding all runners and non-conforming parts, disposing of bin labels when bins are empty, and wiping down of and sweeping around the machine.
+ Perform daily 5S requirements, including wiping machines down and conducting assigned area cleanliness duties such as sweeping and emptying trash receptacles.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent.
+ **Experience:** Some experience working in a factory setting preferred but not required.
+ **Skills:** Ability to read and interpret blueprints, perform basic math, and use measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers. Must have good reasoning skills, good verbal and written communication skills.

The Manager of Production Operations will intercept, project-manage and track the production of multiple and varied motion graphic, video and LED display elements that contribute to the Tampa Bay Lightning Game They will be responsible for the presentation, social media channels, Benchmark International Arena AV system and displays, ancillary VSG company productions, third party events, and, select inter-departmental business needs for the purpose of creating a world class guest experience for all Lightning home games and select team events (both in and out of Benchmark International Arena and across VSG properties). This will be accomplished by combining specific discipline-driven skill sets with a respectful, reliable, proactive and professional team-driven demeanor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop the Motion Graphics team while holding them accountable of building, event and departmental priorities.
- Incorporate art and creative direction, maintain deadlines, proofs and client approvals as required, largely for partnership, events and marketing projects.
- Contribute creatively to the ideation of many in-game video features and assist in the creation of show graphic production where time and efficiency mandate.
- Work in direct conjunction with:
- Director of Game Presentation to execute a flawless, world class fan experience at Lightning home games, inclusive of special events (opening nights, theme nights, tributes, post-season games, etc.), ensuring that all needed in-game assets are created and delivered to satisfaction for live execution.

- Project manage production with all other personnel/departments requesting display system motion graphics to be created by Lightning Vision staff - either as an element in the in-game presentation or for other purposes (website, meetings, events, sponsor pitches, welcomes, etc.)
- Conduct pre-production meetings with the appropriate company parties and/or third-party stakeholders for the purpose of green-lighting internal production as well as content development and proofing.
- Create specific delivery deadlines and schedule production milestones.
- Accurately secure and solicit correct production elements (i.e. file sizes/formats/aspects, downloads, video footage, art files, photographs, audio, and other supporting materials); and work with third party partners and shows to assist in generating final files to be displayed on Arena displays.

We're looking for a Manager, Production Operations to join Procore's Incident Management team.
The Manager of Production Operations is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the stability and efficiency of Procore's production environments. This individual will lead a team of skilled operations engineers, drive best practices in incident management and operational excellence, and spearhead the development and execution of our disaster recovery strategy. What you'll do:
Incident Management Leadership:
* Lead and mature the incident management process, ensuring timely detection, response, and resolution of production incidents.
* Oversee post-incident reviews (PIRs), root cause analysis (RCA), and the implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
* Develop and refine communication protocols for incidents, ensuring stakeholders are informed appropriately.
* Drive a culture of blameless post-mortems and continuous learning from incidents.
Operational Excellence & Best Practices:

Additional Information
Base Pay Range $168,560 - $231,770. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Job Description
We're looking for a Manager, Production Operations to join Procore's Incident Management team.
The Manager of Production Operations is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the stability and efficiency of Procore's production environments. This individual will lead a team of skilled operations engineers, drive best practices in incident management and operational excellence, and spearhead the development and execution of our disaster recovery strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership experience, and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced, SaaS environment.
This position reports into The Senior Director of Production Operations and will be based in our Austin office. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you'll do:
Incident Management Leadership:
- Lead and mature the incident management process, ensuring timely detection, response, and resolution of production incidents.
- Oversee post-incident reviews (PIRs), root cause analysis (RCA), and the implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and refine communication protocols for incidents, ensuring stakeholders are informed appropriately.
- Drive a culture of blameless post-mortems and continuous learning from incidents.
Operational Excellence & Best Practices:
- Identify, develop, and implement operational best practices, standards, and processes to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Champion automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level objectives (SLOs) for production operations.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure operational requirements are integrated into the software development lifecycle.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance operational capabilities.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of production operations engineers.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative team culture.
- Define clear roles, responsibilities, and goals for team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support career development for team members.
- Develop and execute training programs to enhance the team's technical and operational skills.
Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive disaster recovery (DR) plan for critical production systems.
- Define recovery time objectives (RTOs) and recovery point objectives (RPOs) in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Plan and execute regular DR testing and drills to validate the effectiveness of the plan and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain and update DR documentation, ensuring it is current and accessible.
- Work closely with security and compliance teams to ensure DR plans meet regulatory and customer requirements.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, Security, and other engineering teams to ensure a cohesive approach to system reliability and availability.
- Communicate effectively with executive leadership on operational performance, incident status, and strategic initiatives.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a people manager
- 5+ years of experience in a technical engineering role
- Experience with SaaS production Operations
- Experience with Incident Management
- Experience in creating and running a disaster recovery program
- Experience with observability tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Additional Information
Base Pay Range $168,560 - $231,770. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. The Operations Leader is responsible for leading the Silentex Wixom Michigan manufacturing operation, working in a matrix organization. Key interface will take place with Customers, Suppliers, and Technical, Safety, and Manufacturing resources from the Composites team.
The Silentex Operations Leader is accountable for delivering a strategic Ops Plan, consistent with the three stands of Owens Corning, namely 1/ drive to zero safety incidents, 2/ eliminate all forms of waste and 3/ elevate the individual performance capability of employees at the site. He/she provides operations leadership through continuous improvement/lean manufacturing and directs program management for Ops projects.
The position reports to the Silentex Business Manager.

Job Requirements
Experience:
* 7+ years of experience and expertise in manufacturing, plant leadership and/or operations support roles

Job Description Summary:
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
This position is responsible for management of the candy making processes from raw materials to finished goods in accordance with See's established standards of quality, productivity, cost (labor and material variance) and safety. This manager is directly responsible for the management of personnel, equipment, raw materials, enterprise resource planning (ERP) system accuracy, and execution of the production schedule to assure the adequate supply of product to the Packing Department and all Selling Divisions. This position requires managing 24-hour operations during peak seasons.
The pay range for this position is expected to be $98k-$130k annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Job Description:
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for all activities of the candy making processes in plant. Manages the quality, cost, productivity, planning and implementing the production schedule.
* Responsible for all the ERP (JRG / ROSS) transactions including but not limited to scheduling for products, supplies and ingredients, inventory levels and production reports. Ensures supply of product to Packing Departments and sales channels across the company.
* Ensures correct staffing levels for the attainment of department goals in production, productivity, budget, scrap and rejects. Coordinates hiring and layoff with the Human Resources department. Ensures compliance with state labor regulations and sets shift schedules of all personnel for safe and efficient operation of the department.
* Direct supervision of all production staff including training, development and performance management of all supervisory and hourly employees. Develops, enforces and updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and training programs for skilled (bid) positions. Manages in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement and See's policies.
* Responsible for compliance with See's Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Production policies. Monitors formula and procedure adherence. Oversees operational practice to prevent food contamination. Provides technical guidance during plant operations including shutdown and startup to minimize production losses.
* Monitors and ensures compliance with environmental regulation, including federal, state and local ordinances; maintains all necessary documentation.
* Responsible for the safety of all plant associates, makes sure all the required safety training is completed and enforces the existing policies and procedures. Actively participates and provides leadership in safety meetings.
* Sets appropriate individual and departmental goals, tracks productivity and labor budget for the department and monitors waste controls and shrinkage. Maintains visible presence on plant floor to ensure quality of product, compliance with safety practices, machine operations, Good Manufacturing Practices, and waste management.
* Supports implementation of new methods, procedures and systems to improve quality and food safety. Responsible for leading Food Safety and Quality efforts with the designated Safe Quality Food (SQF) Practitioner.
* Responsible for execution and adherence to pre-requisite programs as well as food security/defense program.
* In the absence of the Senior Production Manager, the Production Manager will assume plant responsibility under the leadership and guidance of Plant Manager.
* Performs special continuous improvement projects as assigned by management.
* Responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance technology and innovation that will improve departmental effectiveness.
* Responsible for supporting cross functional teams with new product development. Work closely with R&D to support new product innovation.
* Responsible for the team culture and coming up with recognition programs in efforts to highlight high performance workers.
* Builds people capabilities through coaching and mentoring of direct reports. Provides performance evaluations for their team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum five years of management experience in a confectionery or quality food-manufacturing environment, including inventory control, cost analysis, quality assurance, and control of process and product flow from raw material to finished goods.
* Excellent management and oral and written communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
* Proven ability to provide leadership, motivation, and supervision to employees at all levels.
* Bachelor degree in business, biological sciences, or food-related discipline or equivalent training in food and management disciplines desired.
* Proficiency in Word and Excel. Experience with ERP or production scheduling software systems desired.
* Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and in a positive manner.
