• Proficiency in network hardware configuration, including routers, switches, firewalls, and security gateways.
• Advanced knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and traffic management technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving complex network issues.
Desired Skills:
• Expertise in multicast networking and media content delivery.

JOB SUMMARY : An embedded position to serve as an ENG Videographer/Editor to support all live programming related to the broadcast and other team initiatives both in-season and out of season as needed. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of field producing and taking concepts from the conceptual stage through video acquisition and delivery of a final product.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Serve in the role of Videographer/Editor for Rangers Sports Media & Entertainment company.
- Exhibit professionalism at all times including in interactions with players, coaches, senior level staff and clients.
- Develop a solid working relationship with all internal departments to help facilitate access with advice and consent of supervisors in the broadcasting department.
- Be capable of proper usage, care and maintenance of a team-issued camera kit and other physical resources.
- A working knowledge of the current trends of the broadcast industry.
- An eye for storytelling.
- The ability to field produce shoots, including analyzing what is needed to properly execute aspects such as sound and lighting.
- Understanding of wired and wireless audio workflows and how to properly light a sit-down interview.
- Demonstrate the expertise to edit compelling pieces of varying length.
- Comfort in working against hard deadlines and high expectations for excellence.
- An understanding of the game of baseball and what matters in the course of play.

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Broadcasting, Radio/TV/Film, or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of three years' experience as a videographer.
- Baseball experience is required, with strong preference given to candidates who have worked directly with professional or collegiate baseball organizations. Additional emphasis placed on candidates with non-linear editing capabilities, including experience producing feature edits. Experience with Sony cameras is preferred.
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop - is required.
- A professional appearance and demeanor, as well as a team-first attitude.
- Comfort and professionalism when engaging with executives, celebrities, athletes, and dignitaries is essential.
- Familiarity with both office-based and remote workflows.
- Understanding of how the game of baseball is played and the nuance of making split second decisions based on the story of the play as it unfolds.
- Must be able to effectively take and execute directions.
- Licensed drone pilot with own equipment is a plus.
- Position may involve occasional travel to support team initiatives as needed.

**What You'll Get to Do:**
Vertical Account Manager
+ Responsible for sales achievement on Named Sports and Broadcast Accounts.
+ Interface and directly call on all stakeholders within assigned named Accounts.
+ Establish strategies and sales growth initiatives of all assigned Panasonic Video & Audio Products, Solutions and Services within assigned Key Account list.
+ Develop and maintain annual strategic business plan for each assigned Key Account.
+ Provide Quarterly Business Reviews to top named accounts, grow Sports and Broadcast markets for Panasonic products, solutions, & services.
+ Become heavily engaged throughout Named Accounts for top-to-bottom Panasonic influence.
+ Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly & annual quota for products, solutions, and services along with achieving strategic goals / targets as assigned by sales management.
+ Facilitate appropriate technical and product training of all purchased products within Key Account.

+ Identify, subscribe to, & participate in vertical events/trade shows/associations & periodicals to market company products, solutions, and services capabilities.
+ Understand the industry landscape and collect, analyze and disseminate key market news, customer data, and competitive information to educate and provide market readiness to the sales team, product management as well as headquarters and factory management.
Sports and Broadcast Market / Strategic Marketing
+ Work with the appropriate marketing team members in the development and execution of Sports and Broadcast market messaging, strategies, promotions, and other tactics designed to generate market awareness for Panasonic, produce actionable leads, and grow the pipeline for the sales team.
+ Work with the marketing & product management teams to identify and develop beneficial resources of demand creation initiatives such as sales presentations, collateral pieces, promotions, ad campaigns, & social media.
+ Coordinates strategic marketing activities, align resources, & implement initiatives to effectively promote Panasonic products & solutions to assigned vertical.
Administration
+ Effectively manage all administrative duties and reporting in a timely manner.
+ Including but not exclusive to Salesforce, pipeline and opportunity data maintenance, sales forecasting, & Product-Sales-Inventory (PSI).
+ Additional reporting on activities, vertical news, technology, information, solution development, and various headquarter requests.
+ Monitor & achieve all HQ required KPI's.
+ Manage & coordinate individual meetings, travel, & expenses.

**Scope** :

**Education & Experience** :
