**What you have**
**Required:**
+ 10+ years overall work experience

+ Must have worked in a SAFe (scaled agile framework) environment leveraging the Broadcom tool suite.
+ 8+ years of progressive experience in **Product Management roles** , with at least 3-5 years specifically focused on enterprise software, platform modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.
+ 2+ years' experience in a direct leadership role (resources reported directly to you).
+ Change champion that must thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
+ Proven experience managing multiple large, complex and cross functional technology programs in complex matrixed environments.
+ Experience implementing change in a company of similar size and complexity.
+ Ability to synthesize complex requirements into clear product strategies and execution plans
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
**Preferred:**
+ Background in Financial Services or other regulated industries a plus
+ Familiarity with Jira is a plus
+ Broadcom ValueOps certifications or equivalent training is a plus

You will spend your day designing, coding, and testing software tools for inspection and validation of hardware (ASIC and FPGA).
