  • Knowledge of metallic manufacturing techniques, including machining, welding, bonding, and fastening.
  • Experience transitioning designs from R&D to production.
  • Familiarity with automation, robotics, or industrial manufacturing systems.
  • Hands-on experience with tooling design, fixture development, or custom fabrication.
  • Experience with design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA).
  • Experience with metal 3D printing.

  • Salary will be based on several factors including, but not limited to: knowledge and skills, education, and experience level
  • Comprehensive benefits package including unlimited paid time off, medical/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, paid parental leave, and many other perks

If you don't meet 100% of the preferred skills and experience, we encourage you to still apply! Building a spacecraft unlike any other requires a team unlike any other and non-traditional career twists and turns are encouraged!

If you need a reasonable accommodation as part of your application for employment or interviews with us, please let us know.

  • Provide continuous feedback to Amca engineering teams to ensure that are products and processes fully optimized for reliability and cost
  • Support build and manufacturing processes in our internal shops
  • Assist with equipment selection and equipment onboarding
  • Own manufacturing processes as the subject matter expert
