Job Description:

  • Automation Assembly: Build and install robotic systems, jigs, fixtures, conveyors, and related components per engineering specifications.
  • Blueprint Reading: Interpret mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams to ensure accurate builds.
  • Precision Fit-Up : Align and assemble machine components to meet strict tolerances and functionality requirements.
  • Electrical Integration : Fabricate and wire control panels for high- and low-voltage circuits (up to 480V).
  • Mechanical Installation : Install motors, gearboxes, pumps, and other components for automated systems.
  • Testing & Debug: Conduct dry runs and assist with troubleshooting during system integration and buyoff.

Program Summary :

As part of Lennar's Future Builders Program, the Technology Recent College Grad (RCG) positions will engage in significant projects, leveraging next-gen technology to provide innovative solutions across the company, industry, and beyond. The program will facilitate participants' development of essential interpersonal and technical skills, and position associates for future career success and leadership opportunities. Participants will work alongside seasoned professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture while contributing to impactful projects, and become immersed in Lennar's culture through onboarding (including a visit to a Lennar Community), hands-on training, and teambuilding.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of core business processes and how performance is measured, and work with business and business analytics teams to discern strategic and analytical data and analytics needs and gaps
  • Wrangle, transform, and model data and create dashboards, reports, and other data delivery mechanisms to support decision making
  • Utilize diagnostic analysis to derive business insights and direct/drive action that increases revenue, decreases cost, and/or mitigates risk
  • Develop appropriate visualizations, notifications and/or alerts to drive business action, and ensure results of actions can be measured and monitored
  • Drive data quality by validating data & metrics calculations, surfacing quality issues, documenting metadata, and remediating data quality issues
  • Promote proper interpretation of data and analytics results, and educate on and support self-service business intelligence
  • Query and transform data from multiple data sets, and integrate potentially large volumes of data from a variety of sources
  • Develop and recommend metrics appropriate for assessing business performance


Requirements:
  • Current senior graduating from a 4-year college or University within 1 year (preferred)
  • Working towards a bachelor's degree in data analytics, mathematics, statistics, engineering, finance or similar field (preferred)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without needing employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.   • Experience providing business insights using data and analytics.
  • Thirst to help transform Lennar into an insights-driven organization
  • Creative self-starter who can analyze, interpret, and communicate insights to drive change in business
  • Experience in SQL and RDBMS
  • Experience with programming languages used in data science, such as Python and R.
  • Ability and willingness to quickly learn new technologies
  • Open to engagement in personal or professional development through learning opportunities (e.g., certifications, courses, professional networks)
  • Expertise in creating descriptive reports/dashboards and perform trend analysis for operational metrics and business KPIs
  • Ability to learn business processes quickly and identify inefficiencies through analysis.
  • Experience in predictive and prescriptive analytics is a plus
  • Understanding of fundamentals of cloud (Azure, AWS) technologies and databases
  • Experience with financial modeling is a plus
  • Experience working with NoSQL database systems is a plus
  • Experience using RPA, AI, and other emerging technologies in the advanced analytics space is a plus
  • Verbal and written communication skills

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of an office. Also requires the ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and/or carry items less than 50 pounds. Finger dexterity in operating a computer keyboard and calculator. Office work requires sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods of time, completing paperwork, and to receive/return phone messages. Standing is required for filing and copying.
