**Qualifications**

• Extensive experience performing structural analysis of various building elements and systems comprised of reinforced concrete, structural steel, masonry, wood, and aluminum for both gravity and lateral loading conditions.
• Experience using structural design software including Ram Structural Systems, RISA3D, and AutoCAD/Revit.
• Proven experience in managing building structural engineering projects.
• Field experience and ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other disciplines.
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis or in Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Florida Professional Engineering (PE) license is required. Structural Engineering (SE) license is a plus. NCEES registration is a plus, with the ability to obtain licenses in other states.

• Serve as the engineer in responsible charge for assigned projects.

Takes part in providing local technical assistance for the design, development, and construction of building and infrastructure projects in the public and private sector. Your Impact
+ Under general supervision, assist with collecting, compiling, and analyzing data from the physical work site, surveys, blueprints, GIS data, subsurface utility information, maps, geotechnical data, and other matrices for project development, design, and construction.
+ Assist with performing basic professional structural engineering work relating to conducting research and inspections of proposed and existing site conditions, resources, building, infrastructure, and transportation channels to determine conformance with applicable rules, standards, and construction or operating permits.
+ Perform routine engineering functions and provide entry-level technical assistance on various design requirements and operating strategies to account for the safety and functionality of end-users, systems, and infrastructure.

Summary

ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening Building Engineering Worker for ASM Global/Pinnacle Bank Arena. The Building Engineering Worker works with the Engineering Manager to ensure all building equipment is in proper working order, and assists the Operations department with other assigned tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assist in ensuring proper operation of all building equipment

• Perform routine maintenance including but not limited to: HVAC/Mechanical/Plumbing systems, minor electrical, exhaust fans/motors, lighting systems, etc.

• Minor repairs of kitchen and food service equipment

• Ability to perform preventative maintenance of building systems

• Ability to learn and manage building automation system

• Minor vehicle repairs and preventative maintenance

• Research of supplies/parts and materials and inventory control of stock items

• Upkeep and maintenance of building equipment with coordination of Engineering Manager.

• Assist and facilitate maintenance of wall and surface finishes to include drywall and masonry / painted and applied finishes

• Interpret company policies and safety regulations according to MSDS/OSHA safety

• Assist with ongoing event needs

• Assist other departments/operations with related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

HDR is looking for a project manager whose experience focuses on client development and delivery of large, complex projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven background in successfully delivering various Healthcare, Civic, Sports, Transportation, Aerospace, and/or Commercial Real Estate projects ranging from upfront planning and pre-design activities through detail design, construction support and commissioning. In addition to managing and delivery projects (which is the primary focus of this role), the successful candidate must possess the drive, experience and charisma needed to develop and secure work from a robust global client base and expand upon HDRs reputation within these markets. This individual will manage multi-disciplinary design teams from project conception to completion. Keen focus on organizational skills and follow-through are required to be successful in this role. This person will work closely with the Regional Building Engineering Services Business Group Managers as well as our global client management team. Some travel to client sites or other HDR offices is required.

In the role of Project Manager, well count on you to:

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the projects lifecycle (from development and initiation to close-out)
• Responsible for all aspects of complex small to medium projects or routine large projects
• Produce and coordinate several small to medium projects concurrently
• Establish and maintain client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings
• Conduct work sessions for deliverable development in conjunction with other staff and stakeholders
• Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project life cycle, and ensure completion of deliverables on schedule
• Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to budget and schedule
• Work with the Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviews
• Implement QA/QC procedures
• Supervise large project staffs and act as mentor for less-experienced Project Managers
• 10-20% Travel to project sites, including international if needed
• Control project budget, scope, and schedule
• Forecasting, Invoicing and contract management
• Create vital proposal content including scope, schedule and budget
• Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Newforma, Procore, BIM360 Docs, BIM360 Field, and Bluebeam
• Demonstrated experience in working with multi-disciplined teams of Architects, Engineers, and Designers.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license
• PMP certification
• Masters degree
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
• Availability to frequently travel locally to project locations (~50%) and regional sites as needed (
• Active in area industry associations
• Healthcare, Science and Technology, Data Center facilities, Aviation and other mass transportation facilities, and/or Aerospace experience
• Preference given to local candidates

**About us:**
This SME role will provide subject matterexpertiseto support the Technical Services & Solutions (TSS) Program in the Bay Area, ensuring alignment with engineering, facilities, and operational priorities. **What you'll do:**
Technical Expertise & Advisory
+ Serve as an SME in technical services, providing guidance on building systems, asset management, and technical risk mitigation.
