**Responsibilities**
-    Provide supervisory direction of craft personnel via internal or external general foreman, managing the performance of productivity, safety, quality and schedule adherence
-   Act as liaison between field engineering and project craft to ensure compliance of construction drawings and specifications
-    Coordinate and interface effectively with other superintendents and subcontractors, as well as Kiewit staff personnel and leadership to ensure smooth workflow and schedule adherence
-    Resolve employee conflicts, grievances, and scheduling difficulties, informing project and corporate management as appropriate
-    Assist in schedule planning, determining craft labor levels, material quantities, and equipment requirements
-    Ensure project rules, procedures and programs are followed consistently, including those involving safety, attendance, and workplace behavior standards as reflected in Company's non-harassment and nondiscrimination policies
**Qualifications**
-    Ability to travel and relocate as needed
-    5+ years' work experience in the construction industry, with at least 3+ years in a supervisory role
-    Previous knowledge/experience in vertical building setting required
-    Advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, union agreements and jurisdictional issues, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, engineering drawings and other documents
-    Demonstrated ability to efficiently supervise and evaluate craft performance
-    Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative

Stantec is seeking an individual to act as an Owner's Representative, Project Manager for the design and construction of a mix of higher education, healthcare and other institutional expansion and renovation projects. Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple higher education, healthcare, K-12 schools or commercial expansion or renovation projects as an Owner's Representative. Managing the approved scope, budget and schedule are of utmost importance.
- Communicate daily with the client and project team.
- Lead the Design Team consisting of the Architect, Engineers, Equipment Planner, and other consultants.
- Provide day-to-day project oversight and communication with the client and project team.
- Prepare and distribute meeting notes to the project team.
- Lead the Construction Team on behalf of the owner.
- Develop, track, update, forecast and modify the project schedule and budget throughout all phases of the project.
- Review and track all contracts, invoices, and payments to all contractors, consultants, and equipment vendors.

Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Project Management experience in buildings sector (design and construction of healthcare, commercial, higher education, and K-12 buildings).

- Strong computer skills and literacy in scheduling, word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software.

**Pay Range:**
- Locations in CO, HI, IL, MD & Various CA, NJ Areas - Min Salary 114,400.00 - Max Salary 171,600.00

**Pay Range:**
- Locations in CO, HI, MD & Various CA, NJ Areas - Min Salary $ 91,500.00 - Max Salary $132,700.00
- Locations in WA, DC & Various CA areas - Min Salary 98,200.00 - Max Salary 142,300.00
**Pay Transparency:** In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
**Benefits Summary:** Regular full-time and part-time employees (working at least 20 hours per week) have access to medical, dental, and vision plans, a wellness program, health saving accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, employee stock purchase program, life and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, short-term/long-term disability plans, emergency travel benefits, tuition reimbursement, professional membership fee coverage and paid family leave. Regular full-time and part-time employees will receive ten paid holidays in each calendar year. In addition, employees will be eligible to accrue vacation between 10 and 20 days per year and eligible for paid sick leave (and if more generous, in accordance with state and local law).
Temporary/casual employees have access to 401(k) plans, employee stock purchase program, and paid leave, in accordance with state and local law.
