- Manage inventory and distribution of office, janitorial, breakroom, and conference room supplies
- Oversee the procurement process, including invoice processing and assisting staff with purchasing needs
- Receive, inspect, and document supply shipments; report and record any damages or shortages
- Distribute supplies from receiving areas to appropriate storage or use locations throughout the facility
- Pick up, sort, and deliver mail and packages; manage certified mail and prepare outgoing shipments
- Coordinate and monitor contracted janitorial services and maintain cleanliness to meet 5S standards
- Run local errands and make deliveries to staff or external vendors as needed
- Maintain an inviting office atmosphere, including tasks such as watering plants and setting up seasonal décor
- Set up refreshments and meals for meetings and events as requested
- Manage corporate housing logistics, including occupant turnover and welcome packages
- Assist with special projects and provide general support across departments
Position Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think critically and solve problems independently
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours per day
- Able to frequently lift or move items weighing 25 lbs. or more
