Job Description:

  • Manage inventory and distribution of office, janitorial, breakroom, and conference room supplies
  • Oversee the procurement process, including invoice processing and assisting staff with purchasing needs
  • Receive, inspect, and document supply shipments; report and record any damages or shortages
  • Distribute supplies from receiving areas to appropriate storage or use locations throughout the facility
  • Pick up, sort, and deliver mail and packages; manage certified mail and prepare outgoing shipments
  • Coordinate and monitor contracted janitorial services and maintain cleanliness to meet 5S standards
  • Run local errands and make deliveries to staff or external vendors as needed
  • Maintain an inviting office atmosphere, including tasks such as watering plants and setting up seasonal décor
  • Set up refreshments and meals for meetings and events as requested
  • Manage corporate housing logistics, including occupant turnover and welcome packages
  • Assist with special projects and provide general support across departments
