Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. This position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote flexibility with in-office collaboration at our Durham, North Carolina location. You will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, preparing meeting materials, and taking meeting minutes. A key aspect of this role involves serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion at all times. You will also handle correspondence, manage expense reports, and assist with special projects as assigned. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience supporting C-suite executives is highly desirable. You should be a self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions proactively. Discretion and confidentiality are paramount in this role. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
