**A Day in the Life of Our Strategic Business Advisor:**
+ Provide consulting services to Enterprise customers, identifying bottlenecks in their electronic hardware development process and recommending Altium solutions.
+ Conduct industry research and develop content/messaging strategies for target accounts and executive audiences.
+ Lead value assessment workshops to quantify financial/operational impacts of Altium solutions and build business cases.
+ Present Altium's value proposition to decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor with integrity.
+ Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Support to align customer needs with product roadmaps.
+ Track and coordinate multiple customer priorities, ensuring deliverables meet expectations and timelines.
+ Travel regularly to customer sites (US/Europe) for onsite engagements.
**Who You Are and What You'll Need:**
+ **Education:** Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
+ **Experience:** 5+ years in Value Engineering, professional services, customer success, or strategic customer-facing roles. Altium product experience is highly desirable.
+ **Customer Expertise:** Proven track record managing enterprise customers in complex environments (e.g., integrations, PLM, ECAD workflows).
+ **Technical Skills:** Hands-on experience with ECAD software, PLM integrations, and PCB design processes.
+ **Strategic Mindset:** Ability to develop executive-aligned content, lead value-based sales strategies, and solve technical/business challenges.
+ **Communication:** Exceptional verbal/written skills; able to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
+ **Travel & Language:** Willingness to travel monthly; fluency in English (German beneficial for EU roles).
_The salary range for this role is $98,000 to $118,000 + Bonus._ _Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location._

As a Customer Business Advisor (CBA) at Bayer Crop Science, you play a pivotal role in advising key growers on Bayer products and technology, serving as a local expert. Your efforts drive market share growth through the adoption of Bayer products on the farm, including Seed, Chemistry, and Climate products and services. You are responsible for achieving annual targets with assigned growers, supporting National Brands, and selling the entire Bayer portfolio. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Collaborate with Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) and Key Retailers to develop a comprehensive Bayer portfolio business plan, targeting 30-35 growers with over 3,500 acres of crops, to achieve financial sales targets;
+ Build and nurture relationships with large growers by providing product selection and placement recommendations;
+ Deliver agronomic whole farm solutions and advice, covering Seed, Chemistry, Digital Solutions, and Services;
+ Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by staying informed on agricultural research and whole farm methods, including responsibility for trials related to the Bayer Portfolio with targeted growers;
+ Work collaboratively with Bayer squad team members and various functions within Bayer's Crop Science organization to ensure targets are met;

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $89,600.00- $134,400.00 .Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
