We are seeking a Senior Business Analysis Consultant to support project management operations, process administration, queue management, reporting, and delivery coordination across multiple business systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple tools, teams, and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and operational initiatives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing business priorities while ensuring deliverables remain on track
  • Organize, maintain, and reconcile accurate project, operational, and resource information across multiple project management, reporting, and business systems to ensure data consistency and visibility
  • Manage and monitor assigned work queues, ensuring requests are reviewed, prioritized, routed, updated, tracked, and escalated appropriately while meeting established service levels and delivery expectations

  • Partner with project teams to develop and maintain project plans, monitor milestones, identify dependencies, and proactively communicate schedule impacts, risks, and mitigation strategies
  • Support project resource planning and work prioritization by collaborating with stakeholders to balance competing demands, shifting priorities, and delivery timelines
  • Track project risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies, ensuring they are documented, communicated, and resolved in partnership with appropriate stakeholders
  • Create, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards, and status updates that provide meaningful insights into project health, operational performance, delivery progress, trends, and potential risks
  • Utilize Power BI and other reporting tools to interpret project and operational data, identify trends, and support data‑driven decision‑making
  • Ensure project documentation, governance artifacts, and operational records are complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle, including meeting notes, action items, status reports, and process documentation
  • Identify process inefficiencies, data quality issues, and operational gaps, recommending and implementing improvements that increase consistency, efficiency, and project visibility
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, reporting documentation, and best practices to support repeatable processes and knowledge sharing across teams
  • Serve as a trusted resource for project management processes, reporting tools, operational workflows, and governance standards, providing guidance and support to project teams and business partners
  • Build and maintain solid working relationships with cross‑functional teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication, timely follow‑up, and successful coordination across multiple initiatives
  • Demonstrate flexibility and sound judgment while balancing competing priorities, responding to changing business needs, and supporting organizational objectives with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of project management experience supporting business and technology initiatives
  • 2+ years of experience using Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or similar project management platforms
  • 1+ years of experience using Power BI/Tableau to consume dashboards, reports, and project or operational data
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience building Power BI or Tableau dashboards
  • Demonstrated experience supporting cross‑functional teams in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments
  • Proven sound analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.

**Your Impact**
The Component Supply Chain end to end Business Architect plays a crucial role in aligning business strategy with technology solutions across all supply chain domains. + .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
+ 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
+ 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
+ Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
