**Summary**
Under general supervision, this position provides a variety of full service banking operations for high net worth clients that are simple to moderately complex following strict departmental standards and guidelines.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assists Private Client Services RM's in providing financial services to qualified Private Clients as well as relationship management duties. Works under close supervision with focus on developing sales skills and knowledge. Will manage smaller client accounts as primary point of contact.
+ Acts as a primary point of contact for sales and service to some existing clients, supporting Private Client Services in growing markets, with a particular emphasis on serving consumer clients early in their wealth cycle. Answers client inquiries about bank products, services, bank accounts and policies; opens new accounts; promotes cross-selling. Assists Relationship Manager with processing consumer loans towards closing, and lines up meeting opportunities with Wealth partners.
+ Assists Relationship Manager in maintaining a portfolio mix of targeted high value and high potential clients. Monitors customer information/products, financial plan and market trends to identify new customer needs and opportunities to deliver further customer value. Position includes helping Relationship Manager organize client files, calendar, and email to develop closer client relationships. Coordinates with internal partners to position Bank products and services.
+ Uncovers prospect needs for products and services and recommends solutions; will have opportunities to help develop sales plans and strategies in future; also will have opportunity in future to help finalize, structure, and close deals with input from supervising relationship manager. In addition will assist relationship manager with client/prospect entertainment opportunities which may occur during evening and/or weekend hours.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2 years of experience required; 2 - 4 years preferred.
+ Proficiency with MS Office Suite
+ Applicable Investment Licenses - Series 7 / 66 and insurance within first 6 months
+ Good written and oral skills
+ Accurate grammar, typing and spelling

**_Job Summary_**
The Manager, Vendor Relationship Management will support Cardinal Health's Global Business & Finance Services (GBFS) governance model with Genpact and other strategic partners. This role ensures day-to-day execution of governance processes, adherence to contractual obligations, and early identification of risks. The Manager, Vendor Relationship Management drives discipline across governance forums, ensures accurate reporting, and serves as a trusted coordinator between GBFS leaders, business stakeholders, and vendor delivery teams.
**_Responsibilities_**
**Governance Execution**
+ Manage day-to-day governance cadences across Tier 1 and Tier 2 relationships (e.g., meeting coordination, agenda prep, action follow-up).
+ Ensure compliance with the governance calendar, templates, and escalation paths.
+ Maintain and update standardized trackers (RAID logs, dashboards, issue/action registers).
**Performance Management**
+ Track and consolidate service performance data (SLA compliance, financial variance, backlog, customer effort).
+ Monitor vendor adherence to contractual commitments, credits/penalties, and performance improvement obligations.
+ Surface trends and insights for Vendor Management Office leadership to inform decision-making.
**Issue & Risk Management**
+ Proactively identify risks, escalate unresolved issues, and support structured resolution with delivery leads.
+ Manage escalation paths per governance tier; ensure timely closure of open actions.
+ Maintain risk heatmaps and forward-looking outlooks for leadership.
**Stakeholder Engagement**
+ Coordinate with business process owners, delivery leads, and Genpact governance teams.
+ Collect structured feedback from stakeholders to highlight improvement opportunities.
+ Serve as first point of contact for Tier 2 governance matters.
**Continuous Improvement**
+ Support rollout of rules-of-engagement playbooks, templates, and process improvements.
+ Contribute to refining dashboards and reporting cadences.
+ Provide input to transformation opportunities identified through governance.

**_Qualifications_**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

+ Strong project management and coordination skills; ability to drive disciplined follow-through.
+ Familiarity with outsourcing contracts, SLA frameworks, and performance metrics.
+ Excellent communication skills; able to work across functions and cultures.
