+ The candidate must have experience in cyber documentation and designing cyber presentations to be shared across the client with the goal of translating highly technical content, such as cybersecurity architecture proposals and emerging area overviews (like Artificial Intelligence) for a non-technical audience.
+ The candidate must also have experience in creating and executing internal communications plans and project plans for sensitive client-wide solutions, and conducting ongoing internal user testing, user support, and maintenance of solutions.
+ The candidate must possess knowledge of project management and Enterprise Security Architecture leadership for client specific CIS Security Controls, internal assessments, and operation of a business continuity solution involving key personnel.
+ The candidate must also possess knowledge of writing Statements of Work (SOWs), Statements of Objectives (SOOs), Purchase Plans, Funding Requests, and requirements gathering for contracts.
+ The candidate must have the ability to conduct internal client assessments across the enterprise on maturity according to Security Controls.

Job Title: Business Analyst/Customer Service

POSITION SUMMARY:
Manage direct customer account data for Pharmaceutical Pharmaceutical customers in US and Puerto Rico to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements. Business Analysts review all incoming customer account creation and change requests, validate licensing and determine what (if any) additional requirements are needed to comply with regulatory requirements and Pharmaceutical policies. In addition, Business Analysts assign trade classification to customer accounts, which drives customer invoice terms, discounts, taxes, eligibility for contract pricing, and may control access to specified products.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and maintain customers within their appropriate sales organization and company area to ensure accurate revenue data in downstream financials. Requires Perform due diligence research including a comprehensive search of internal and external databases to determine and verify account's primary business activity to assign the appropriate trade class.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
Pharmaceutical Customer service

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma required
Bachelor's degree preferred

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
SAP and Microsoft office, internet navigation, industry knowledge regarding customer classification and functionality preferred

PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Sitting and working on computer for long periods
Communicate w/customers via phone and computer
Minimal lifting 25lbs or less

Hard (required) Skills:
1. **MUST HAVE: Customer Master Data in SAP experience**

Specifically, the Industry Marketing team focuses on driving loyalty and cardmember engagement through industry-specific marketing programs. The Sr. Analyst is a crucial role on the GCS Industry Marketing team, working in partnership with one other B30, to help lead the creation, execution, and promotion of GCS industry offers. This role will not only have ownership of execution workstreams but will also have the opportunity to influence and design program strategies in close partnership with the B35. This role has high visibility with leadership and across multiple partner teams.
**Responsibilities Include:**
+ Manage the execution workstream for 5 industry offer campaigns across multiple Amex Offers platforms and partners
+ Collaborate with analytics on offer targeting and strategy
+ Own creative development and execution of one-off emails promoting Industry Offers and Industry-specific loyalty messaging
+ Maintain and communicate team reporting through rigorous program performance forecasting and tracking
+ Analyze campaign performance to inform enhancements and optimization of future campaign strategies
+ Partner with team to manage budget and partner payments through PO process
+ Partner with internal teams (GMNS, Product, etc.) to align strategies on industry and enterprise focused initiatives
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree with 2 years' experience in marketing
+ Highly collaborative and comfortable in a cross-functional environment, with ability to develop strong relationships both internally and externally
+ Project management experience with meticulous attention to detail
+ Strategic and creative problem solver with intellectual curiosity, passion for challenging the status quo to proactively find opportunities, and ability to anticipate challenges while providing solutions
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to tell a story leveraging qualitative and quantitative evidence
+ Proactive self-starter with ability to navigate complex processes independently and prioritize across multiple projects

**Qualifications**
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
