**Position Description:**
We are seeking a strategic Service Delivery Manager (Business Development) to join our CGI team!
Lead client engagement with a strong emphasis on business development and account growth. This role centers on building trusted relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue through consultative partnerships.
While maintaining visibility into service execution, the primary focus is expanding client value, supporting sales initiatives, and contributing to long-term business success.
This position is located in our San Deigo, CA office.

Strategic Client Engagement
. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations

New Client Acquisition & Onboarding

. Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to service through tailored delivery plans, early alignment, and clear success metrics.
. Establish strong initial relationships, identify early-stage growth opportunities, and provide feedback to internal teams to enhance offerings based on client insights and market trends.
Market & Industry Insight
. Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client sector developments
. Provide strategic input on service innovation and market positioning
. Represents the company at client events, industry forums, and networking opportunities
Service Innovation & Value Expansion
. Partner with internal teams to evolve service models that deliver measurable impact
. Recommend enhancements to delivery processes that improve scalability and client satisfaction

Performance & Reporting
. Develop and present account performance dashboards to internal and external stakeholders

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $138,100.00 - $241,600.00.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $35,300. **The Opportunity**
As a Project and Program Manager specializing in Business Performance within Transformation Architecture and Delivery, you'll lead initiatives aligned with strategic goals. Your expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies will ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Clients are seeking a new kind of Transformation Design expert-one who offers strategic guidance, drives product and solution vision, and is deeply involved in delivery and value realization. Traditional providers like strategy firms and systems integrators often fall short of these expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**
As a TD&E Manager, you'll help clients establish Transformation Management Offices (TMO), or Enterprise PMOs (EPMO) using proven frameworks based on global standards. You'll collaborate with leadership to design and operate business and solution architecture, product management approaches, and value delivery structures, tracking performance and benefits across workstreams.
You'll manage multiple processes and projects with a focus on quality and risk, including:
+ Driving process improvement and identifying innovative solutions.
+ Leading teams to deliver complex technical initiatives with performance outcomes.
+ Applying expertise to resolve business issues and implement quality solutions.
+ Traveling as needed to meet client requirements.

**To Qualify, You Must Have**
+ A bachelor's degree; advanced degree is a plus.
+ Approximately 5+ years of consulting experience, preferably in a Big 4 firm, supporting Business and Solution Architecture, Product and Portfolio Management, and Program Management in areas such as:
+ TMO/VMO/EPMO design and delivery
+ Value and complex product/program roadmapping
+ Maturity assessments
+ End-to-end ERP or AI/Data Fabric implementations
+ Proven success leading workstreams or consulting teams.
+ Experience supporting pursuit efforts and the full RFP lifecycle.
+ Familiarity with change management and delivery methodologies.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and digital fluency.
+ Experience in program structuring, governance, and project management tools.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ A valid U.S. driver's license and passport, with willingness to travel (estimated at 80%).
**Ideally, You'll Also Have**
+ A Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, or Business.
+ Certifications such as CPA, PMP, Six Sigma, or SAP Solution Manager.
+ Sector experience in industries such as Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT), Private Equity (PE), Industrials and Energy, including Oil, Gas and Chemicals and Power and Utilities (P&U), Media & Entertainment, Consumer and Health including Health, Life Sciences, or Consumer Products and Retail
+ Effective change management and negotiation skills.
+ In-depth sector knowledge to provide valuable insights.

+ We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $35,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is 154,000 to 267,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
