About the Role
An established real estate services company is seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to drive growth and expand market presence across Central Florida. This role focuses on generating leads, building relationships, and developing strategies to grow business in the title, settlement, and insurance services space. Ideal candidates are closers with a proven book of business or strong networks in real estate, mortgage, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and outreach

Are you a B2B sales closer who thrives in a high-performance, results-driven environment?

We’re looking for business development professionals who can consistently close at least one landlord partnership deal per month. If you’re self-motivated, competitive, and know how to create and convert leads, this might be your next big role.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $70K–$0K (based on location of the position)
  • Uncapped Commission: Average range 26K–$1 0K+ based on performance
    (Close more, earn more—no cap)

What You’ll Do

  • Sign 8+ partnership deals/year with building owners to grow our flexible workspace network.
  • Drive your own leads through networking, prospecting, and outreach (LinkedIn, cold calls, referrals, leveraging tools like Co-Star, etc.).
  • Meet virtually with prospects weekly, pitch partnership models, and close deals with landlord partners.
  • Manage deals end-to-end, from first contact through signed agreement, with full legal support. Then hand the deal over to our delivery team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales or business development experience.
  • A track record of closing multiple $250K+ deals.
  • Hunter mentality – you know how to find deals and win them.
  • Strong communicator and negotiator with business savvy.

JOB SUMMARY:
Key influencer in the evaluation and business planning of New Venture business line expansion projects and other strategic growth initiatives. Specific focus will be on investment analysis, market research and assessments, real estate evaluation, and executive-level presentation development. The team's work entails multiple businesses (theme parks, hotels, entertainment venues, and prospective growth opportunities, etc.).
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ New Ventures, business line development and expansion support:
+ Collaborate with numerous functional teams (e.g., Finance, Consumer Insights, Industrial Engineering, Creative (Architecture and Construction) etc.) across a matrix organization to develop comprehensive, analytical driven business plans.
+ Research competitive environment, industry trends, and general market due diligence.
+ Build and manage investment analyses and financial models with a focus on the valuation of new business lines, expansion projects and capital investments.
+ Act as a thought partner and develop relationships with key Marketing & Strategy stakeholders to align on brand strategies for new initiatives to support cohesive long-term growth.
+ Support real estate site selection, evaluation, diligence, negotiation, and transaction documentation activities.
+ Develop presentations on business growth opportunities to effectively communicate analytical work, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
+ Support leases and licenses for various business entities through ongoing performance analysis and deal structuring.
+ Build, develop and improve new and existing business evaluation tools, models, processes, and templates.
+ Domestic and International Business Development and expansion support, including IRR models, debt vs equity analysis, and contract/agreement review and analysis.
+ Conduct other research of various business topics, industry and economic trends, and business models and transactions.
+ Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
Bachelors' degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Economics, or other related field Required. MBA, strongly preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
+ 7+ years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, consulting, financial planning and analysis
+ Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
+ Experience in a tourism or an adjacent industry a plus.
+ Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Ability to respond and adapt to multiple projects and requests with short notice and multi-task across a broad range of projects with differing fact patterns
+ Strong oral and written communication skills with history of producing executive presentations, research briefs, and business plans
+ Advanced quantitative analysis skills including ability to identify desired data for a given analysis, conduct complex analyses, and extract key insights
+ Strong ability to work across the organization collaboratively and timely
