+ This position will join the Citi Treasury Investments (CTI) Governance and Business Initiatives team within the Finance Organization.
+ Senior Project manager role would be responsible for managing the execution of CTI's initiatives that focuses on balance sheet management, FX and interest rate risk management, funding, and liquidity management.
**Business / Team Overview:**
+ The Citi Treasury Investments group (CTI) manages over a $500 billion portfolio consisting of Issued Debt, Intercompany Borrowings & Placements, AFS/HTM Securities, and Derivatives.
+ CTI is responsible for managing central liquidity and investment portfolio, executing the foreign exchange hedge program, and providing US dollar financing to other trading desk, management of the USD interest rate risk in banking book to achieve Citi's desired net interest position, and issuance of benchmark debt and structured notes, credit card securitizations and liability management for all capital securities issued through Citigroup and CBNA.
+ The CTI Business Initiatives team works closely with stakeholders to define, drive, and execute end-to-end process design and implementation efforts across Treasury activities, which span global Treasury groups, Finance functions and technology infrastructure partners.
**Some of the key responsibilities in the role:**
+ End-to-end project management and delivery
+ Writing / Review Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Technology design, project plans, and supporting testing execution.
+ Partnering with CTI desk leads and seniors across Finance and Markets for requirement analysis, status updates and issue resolution.
+ UAT coordination, leading UAT calls, Implementation tracking and post implementation reporting.
+ Supporting project management reporting & analytics as well as facilitating technology budget processes

+ Treasury product knowledge (Money Market, FX, Swaps, Bonds etc.)
+ Knowledge of liquidity and interest rate risk reporting
+ Technical skills required: MS Visio, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
+ Significant intellectual curiosity and desire to learn how Citi Treasury functions.

As the Manager, Strategic Business Planning Initiatives, you will play a crucial role in the establishing, monitoring, and communicating of Port-wide and Division annual and long-range goals and business plans. You will also lead the Port's efforts to advance strategic planning and reporting, working with divisions and workgroups to support effective business planning.
+ You will coach, mentor, and train staff and provide continuous performance management and conduct employee performance evaluations. You will also address performance and/or behavior issues, clarify expectations and provide feedback.
+ You will lead development of Port-wide, and division annual goals and long-range goals tied to the Century Agenda and Executive Director Priorities.
+ You will lead the establishment and reporting of executives' and senior managers' key performance indicators.
+ You will lead and manage interface and support operating divisions/Centers of Expertise by facilitating improvements to goal-setting, alignment, when necessary, business planning processes, and Strength Weakness Opportunity Threats (SWOT) analysis.
+ You will lead meetings with departments and divisions to ensure uniform comprehension and execution of any realignments or changes based on directives from the Executive Director, Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Commission or other Port leadership.
+ You will participate in externally led strategic planning initiatives as a trusted adviser to maintain continuity across programs.
+ You will lead executives and senior managers in the development of divisional annual business plans and effective key performance indicators.
+ You will lead strategic analysis projects as needed to support evaluation of opportunities and threats including projects that can evolve year to year and cover emerging needs across the organization such as technology disruption, resiliency analysis and issues related to evolving opportunities.
+ You will lead the development and production of external and internal print and electronic communication about Port-wide annual goals, Executive Director Priorities, annual division business plans, long range plans, and the Port's Century Agenda.
+ You will evaluate and develop training curriculum to support strategic business planning efforts on an individual and group level.

**What else you need to know:**
+ **Driver's License** - You will need a valid Washington State Driver's License, or the ability to obtain one, is required in order to travel locally to project sites.
+ **Work Schedule** - Your normal work schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (40 hours per week). Slightly more flexible start and end times are available in this role. You may be required to work any and all assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays. You may be required to work during emergencies.
+ **Work Environment** - You will primarily work in an office environment.
+ **Work Environment** - This work will take place in a hybrid/in-office setting at Management's discretion.
+ **Washington State Residency Requirement** - Employees must establish a residence in Washington state within 30 days of their first day of employment and must maintain a residence in Washington State during their employment with the Port of Seattle.
