The base salary range for this full-time position is $119,000- $190,000. In addition to base salary, this role offers a competitive target bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package. The Opportunity:

The Business Intelligence Developer plans and delivers business intelligence solutions to various business groups using a variety of software systems. The BI Developer elicits requirements from partners, translates requirements into scalable, repeatable, and consistent solutions; and designs, develops, and deploys software and applications. If needed, the BI Developer will collaborate with other business intelligence personnel to design and implement reusable data models that can be used by automated reporting solutions, including business intelligence platforms, dashboards, reports, or presentations. Also, the BI Developer is responsible for platform and solution support and operations. The BI Developer manages medium-to-large Business Intelligence projects. You will report to the Business Intelligence Team Leader.

The Day-to-Day:

• Recommend, implement, maintain, support, and improve business intelligence solutions, including designing, coding, testing, and deploying data marts, dashboards, and reports
• Independently manage product issues such as defects, patches, and upgrades, including deployment, testing, and post-production validation
• Define, guide, and deliver medium-to-large business intelligence projects from beginning to end
• Test business intelligence solutions, including creating test plans/cases/scripts and building test plans
• Provide operational support and incident management for assigned systems, including proactively update internal clients and relevant parties on status changes and issues encountered
• Author and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for processes, procedures, and dashboard/report designs
• Lead/support Business Intelligence Community of Practice and Power BI Office hours to help provide the guidance and support to BI Community to develop reports and dashboards
• Develop and deliver training about data marts and business intelligence including continuing education and initial training for new users across the company

Your Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience with business intelligence methods and tools required (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
• Strong experience with tabular/semantic model design for large models in Analysis Services/Power BI
• Intermediate to advanced data analysis, and analytical thinking skills
• Advanced knowledge in programming languages such as SQL, R, DAX/MDX, or Python
• Experience with Azure Synapse, or equivalent cloud database technology
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience required
• Master's degree in data analytics, statistics, or data science helpful

HealthFitness has a new and exciting opportunity available for a full-time Fitness Club Manager to work at our Midtown Health - location in Oak Brook, IL.

THE POSITION

The Club Manager focuses primarily on providing strong leadership to associates and instilling an exceptional service culture for members. Also responsible for providing the basic business acumen to manage the club to meet or exceed financial, service, operational and other Midtown Health and The Club's goals.

CLUB MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drives a strong customer service culture among managers, supervisors and all associates.
• Reviews and analyzes monthly financial statements and develops action plans to improve performance and drive membership sales.
• Effectively recruits, retains and develops a strong team of talented and dedicated associates.
• Sees that all profit centers (personal training, lockers, fitness and aquatics programs) are maximizing revenues and keeping profit margins at budgeted levels.
• Ensuring club policies and procedures are executed according to Midtown Health and Davidson Hotel Group values and objectives.
• Acts as a Floor Manager during shifts to ensure operational excellence. Our managers will be expected to perform operational responsibilities such as towel service, guest/member check ins, and cleaning, as well as,  problem solving and communication with hotel staff.

 REQUIREMENTS

• Hands-on management experience with a successful track record of selling memberships and leading a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals.

• Successful completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Exercise Management or related fields. (preferred)
• Strong focus on providing customers with excellent customer service that is above and beyond service norms.
• Demonstrate ability to effectively share skills and knowledge with others.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association or American Safety Institute (HSI) required (if not current will be required within 30 days of hire).
