This role is responsible for the leadership and oversight of Finance Operations and Business Intelligence for Equifax Workforce Solutions. It involves managing day-to-day operations, identifying high-impact initiatives, and strategically building and optimizing global billing and collections activities, including cash applications and the implementation of billing systems. The role also focuses on driving control processes for accurate billing and revenue recognition, devising strategies for collection efficiency, implementing a revenue assurance model, and enhancing business intelligence for operations. What you will do

  • Responsible for the leadership and oversight of Finance Operations and Business Intelligence for Equifax Workforce Solutions.
  • Serves as an active member of the BU Senior Financial Officer's leadership team and an integral thought leader.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and identify projects / initiatives as well as solutions with significant impact on the business while enabling increased growth for Equifax at the BU and/or enterprise-wide level.
  • Lead a team of professional level managers and or individual contributors focused on Finance Operations, Business Intelligence and Atlas Program.
  • Strategically build and optimize global billing and collections activities
  • Lead customer cash applications, including the implementation and maintenance of automation to improve efficiency of overall cash applications operations
  • Drive the implementation and ongoing functionality of the billing systems globally, including the development and oversight of all related policies and procedures, taking into account any unique regional needs and expectations
  • Design, implement and oversee future state GFS billing operations model for EWS and future state Oracle Order Management billing operations for EWS
  • Drive adoption of appropriate control processes and structure globally ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition and Sox audit compliance
  • Devise strategy for improving efficiency and effectiveness of global collections and integrate all current and future acquisition billing and collection operations
  • Develop and implement business unit revenue assurance model in partnership with business units to implement product, pricing and customer initiatives and ensure all revenues billed accurately and revenue recognized appropriately
  • Implement billing and collections business intelligence process and enhance insights used by the team to improve overall efficiency of the operation using EDH
  • Identify, recruit, develop and retain a large high-performance team of senior managers and professionals
What experience you need (minimum required experience)
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 15 years of experience with 10+ years of experience managing a Business Intelligence and/or FinOps team

**Essential Duties:**
+ Assist data leadership in establishing long-term strategic goals for business intelligent platforms and toolsets.
+ Assist in the development of global maintenance schedules for BI and data warehousing systems.
+ Lead system feasibility studies, proof of concepts, pilot projects and testing.
+ Assist with data migration, data integration, and security best practices and documentation.
+ Lead the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of BI/EDW systems, including data architecture, data integration, high availability, security, and data privacy.
+ Analyze existing operations and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the BI/EDW architecture.
+ Conduct research and remain current with the latest data technologies and solutions in support of future data management procurement efforts.
+ Develop, deploy, support, and optimize tools for data extraction, queries, and data manipulation in accordance with business processes utilizing the MS solution suite including Azure SQL DB, Synapse, metadata automation.
+ Data modeling, data architecting and systems architecture development in collaboration with our solutions architecture team to ensure cross-application consistency and business value is realized
+ Ensure the reliability of data access and data quality across the organization via ongoing database/enterprise data warehouse support and maintenance.
+ Develop, implement, and maintain change control and testing processes for modifications to enterprise data warehouse.
+ Document business and security requirements, test plans, database dictionaries, etc.
+ Identify inefficiencies and gaps in current data warehouse and leverage solutions to ensure data standards.
+ Documentation via automated data discovery and data maps.
+ Implement data security best practices and perform testing/remediation.

+ Visual acuity and ability to operate a vehicle as certified and appropriate.
+ Rarely exposed to high and low temperatures
+ Rarely exposed to noisy environments and outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind.
**Compensation Range (Colorado only):**
$84,930 - $93,870 annual salary

Salaried employees (this is all salaried employees) are also eligible for a company cell phone or cell phone allowance in accordance with company policy. Further, salaried employees (project engineers and above) also receive either a vehicle or vehicle allowance in accordance with Hensel Phelps' policies. Based on position location, a cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) may also be included (subject to periodic review and adjustment).
