Global Customer Success organization is seeking a skilled  **Business Strategy Analyst** is a key role that supports the Microsoft's Detection and Response Team (DART) and bridges technical execution with business objectives for a highly operational team. + Manage and prioritize the internal development backlog
+ Maintain dashboards and metrics that provide transparency into backlog health, task assignments, and completion rates.

Required Qualifications:
+ A bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline. Experience is the most relevant factor.
+ Minimum 3 years of experience with data ETL and ELT tools (such as ADF, Alteryx, cloud-native tools), data warehousing tools (such as SAP HANA, Snowflake, ADLS, Amazon Redshift, Google Cloud BigQuery).
+ Minimum 3 years of experience with cloud-native engineering, using FaaS/PaaS/micro-services on cloud hyper-scalers like Azure, AWS, and GCP.
+ Data engineering foundation with deep understanding of data-structure, algorithms, code instrumentations, etc.
+ Understanding methodologies & tools like, XP, Lean, SAFe, DevSecOps, SRE, ADO, GitHub, SonarQube, etc.
+ Experience in AI/ML and GenAI.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,300 - $173,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
