**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting basic research, data mining, reporting and interpretation of company performance metrics.
This job is part of the Data Science & Analytics job function. They are responsible for reviewing data that supports improving effectiveness and predicting outcomes to develop business intelligence.

The **Business Intelligence Lead** will be responsible for SPS Nuclear Business Development process, coupling together data analytics and market research in support of the overall commercial process. As a member of the segment team, you will be an active contributor to delivering best-in-class demand management process for the Nuclear Segment. In this role, you will help deliver improved and streamlined market intelligence as well as customer economic modeling deliverables. This role will require you to work in broadly across the GE Vernova organization, compiling and creating information and deliverables. This role is instrumental to enabling the business to achieve targeted Sales outcomes.
**Your Role:**
+ Direct interfacing with customers on products and solutions in support of pipeline demand creations
+ Support demand creation activities, including the economic modeling process (Customer Value Modeling) for large complex projects (e.g. turbine-generator upgrades). Organizing data inputs into an existing modeling tool - modeling outcomes that are used internally and externally to evaluate investment needs and solutions.
+ Lead monthly market watch deliverables, providing inputs and guidance on key industry trends, scenarios, actions for the business. **JOB SUMMARY**
Responsible for creating and managing all business analytic processes such as: documentation, project planning, development, testing, implementation, and reporting and working with business leaders to create policies and execute corporate initiatives in regards to organization, technology and strategic efforts.
