- Capable of understanding Resmed business models and strategic direction along with our implementation of systems to assess, recommend, and implement business improvements and initiatives
- Drive discussions on business processes and initiatives.
- Define and document processes, procedures and data flows of business systems; configures system settings and options
- Systems expert for Order Management and Warehouse Management systems and provide support to end users; including but not limited to 3rd party integrated systems, and BI solutions
- Be the subject matter expert for all systems and processes utilized by Distribution Operations and lead continuous enhancement of the systems to support business processes.
- Track and monitor effectiveness of projects, recommend and implement changes as needed to ensure business objectives are met.
- Demonstrate critical thinking when faced with challenging tasks or problems.
- Provide end user training and manage systems testing activities as required.
- Lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

- Experience implementing and supporting Warehouse Managements Systems, preferably HighJump/Korber
- Experience in Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Shipping, and Inventory functions.
- Working knowledge of Bill of Material, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Forecasting & Planning.
- Working knowledge of Data Analysis applications and tools.
- Familiarity with SQL and database tables, and can write basic queries.
- Strong project management, business process design and facilitation skills.
- Experience in all phases of project cycle interfacing both with technical teams as well as multiple lines of the business users.
- Proven experience managing stakeholder expectations and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong familiarity with software development methodologies and change management process.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus.

Support to include the execution of adoption campaigns, implementation of data improvement efforts, reporting, and assisting with testing updates and training initiatives. The systems to include Order Management, Sales (Saleforce.com), FinancialForce/PSA, and other new platforms implemented related to operations globally.
Role
- Drive the global roadmap and improvement efforts of the Revenue operational systems across the Mastercard Services organization.
- Partner with diverse teams and business lines to bring innovative systems to life and ensure best in class governance and processes are being used.
- Act as the bridge between business and tech stakeholders to collect business needs, write technical stories and work with technology teams and developers to test, validate and implement
Provide system engineering for products you manage including design and integration ensuring they function optimally and meet business needs.
- Provide training and support adoption to the Salesforce.com Revenue operational systems' user base.

As a Business Systems Analysis Manager, you will report to our Director, Business Systems. You will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the company's enterprise systems. Your deep expertise implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ("F&O") Finance related configuration, extensions, integrations, and reporting will help ensure efficient and reliable business processes. Who you are:
- Experience in Microsoft D365 F&O: At least 7+ years of experience with progressive responsibility in Dynamics ERP implementations, upgrades, and end user support, including design/build/test/deployment of new functionality as well as troubleshooting and root cause analysis of production issues.
- Experience in managing internal and external resources.
- Agile Methodology / DevOps: Proficient in Agile delivery methods and Azure DevOps. Jira is a plus.
- Expertise in D365 F&O ERP: Strong techno-functional background in D365 F&O Finance and Accounting, and integrations from cross-functional streams.
