Salary Range: $64,250.00 - $94,000.00

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage business aspects of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations. This position will be Full-Time and Remote.

Due to the specific legal and contractual requirements associated with this position, only US Citizens will be considered for this role. Candidates must be able to work directly on CAI's W2.

What Youll Do

  • Lead and manage business aspects of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations

  • Collaborate closely with the technical Project Manager to ensure cohesive project planning, execution, and delivery

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project outcomes

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, providing solutions and contingency plans as needed

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and clarity on project status and objectives

  • Facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring alignment and progress toward project milestones

  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

  • PMP Certification or related PM certification

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on business task coordination

  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects in a remote setting

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders

  • Experience in risk management and problem-solving

  • Proficiency in project management software and remote collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)

Preferred:

  • Additional Agile Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), SAFe Agilist Certification

  • Experience working on an insurance project as a PM

  • Experience working in the health insurance industry

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

The pay range for this position is $46.00-$50.00 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law.
