What Youll Be Doing:Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to uncover trends and patterns
Developing and maintaining data models, dashboards, and reports
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business objectives and data needs
Conducting data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness
Identifying areas for process optimization and recommending actionable insights
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing regular updates
Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Presenting findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, or BI tools like Tableau/Power BI)
Experience in building dashboards and reports for data visualization
Ability to work systematically and maintain high attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience in a data-driven role is a plus!

Salary Range: PHP 30,000 - 65,000 per month

- Have no more than 12 months of prior work experience professionally related to the Graduate Hire Requisition they are applying to, (not including internships, teaching assistance, research work, or military experience).
- Will have completed at least your bachelor's degree prior to your anticipated start date with HP.
- Able to obtain work authorization in the United States without requiring sponsorship in the future.
- Preferred majors include (but are not limited to) business, accounting, economics, marketing, supply chain, human resources, training and development and law.

The base pay range for this role is $58,000 to $91,350 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
