**The Difference You Make:**
The Associate, Small Business & Consumer Operations performs installation, implementation, client support, client services, client administration, customer service, enrollment and eligibility, claims processing, and call center operations. Investigates and settles customer service issues. S/he makes decisions related to the implementation of new/updated programs or large-scale projects for the function and supporting technical/operational procedures and processes, and requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across the function or segment. Implements strategic plans, drives goals and objectives, and improves performance.

+ Acts as a subject matter resource for the team.
+ Assists with training/coaching of new hires.
+ Provides input into functions strategy.
+ Executes varied and complex transactions/processes utilizing standard procedures.
+ Has specific responsibility for one or multiple specialized products or functional areas.
+ Has responsibility for larger, more complex or sensitive assigned accounts or portfolio.
+ Processes and/or reconciles varied and complex transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
+ Partners with internal and/or external business partners to route communications, documents or other action items to complete transactions.
+ Identifies and resolves exceptions; escalates appropriately.
+ Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions.
+ Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests. Completes research and provides feedback on workflow and work received.
+ Reviews transactions and related documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.

What You'll Do

Koalafi is seeking a Senior Business Analyst on our Customer and Merchant Analytics team, to provide high-impact analysis and insights that drive decision-making across marketing, sales, compliance, product, and finance functions.

You'll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute analyses that improve customer experience, optimize merchant performance, and accelerate business growth. You'll work on a wide variety of initiatives-ranging from evaluating marketing campaigns to enhancing product conversion funnels to assessing financial and compliance risks.

  • Conduct analyses across marketing, sales, compliance, product, and finance to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

**About the Frontline Program:**
The 3M Frontline Internship Summer Program offers qualified students a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work on the behalf of one of our Business Groups in a field sales internship position. For the 11-week assignment, the first 2 weeks will be spent attending an orientation and training program. Participants will then spend the remainder of the summer working in their assigned internship position. The internship runs from late May through August.
Interns work on projects that represent real challenges faced by 3M's business units and mirror the work conducted by full-time members of the department. Through networking and corporate-sponsored events, interns are exposed to many facets of 3M.

4. Enterprise Metadata Repository / Metadata Catalogue:
a. Onboard new CDEs' related business metadata - collaborate with Metadata COE.
b. Update central metadata repository with business metadata content (business terms, definitions, classifications, and business and Data Quality rules) - collaborate with Metadata COE and Technical Data Stewards.
c. Review CDEs' metadata on an established frequency basis - collaborate with Metadata COE.
d. Discover and execute CDE metadata update requests - collaborate with Metadata COE.
e. Get CDE metadata change requests approved with Data Domain Working Group - collaborate with Data Domain Working Group.
5. Data Privacy, Security, Retention and Archiving:
a. Define Data Privacy rules and align them with the Enterprise Privacy Policy in collaborate with Chief Privacy Officer.
b. Further responsible for defining archiving, retention, and data destruction requirements for CDEs for corresponding Business Unit or Corporate functions in collaboration with the CDAO and Chief Privacy Officer.
c. Monitor data security for data elements for corresponding Business Unit or Corporate Group.

**Overview**
M&T Bank is seeking a Chief Information Officer for Consumer and Business Banking responsible for deep expertise in: consumer and business banking technologies, driving technology strategy, digital transformation, change management and risk & regulatory governance to ensure scalable growth, modernization and operational excellence across these domains.
**Responsibilities include**
+ Define and execute the technology strategy for Consumer and Business Banking in alignment with the bank's broader digital transformation objectives
+ Work with senior management in and outside of Technology to support the delivery of complex technology projects and activities
+ Lead large scale digital transformation initiatives, including core platform, modernization, cloud migration, and automation efforts
+ Oversee existing applications and implement scalable technologies to maintain and enhance Consumer and Business Banking ecosystem
+ Champion, Agile and DevOps practices, enhancing delivery, speed, and operational resiliency
+ Ensure regulatory compliance and security across all consumer and business banking platforms
+ Manage a team of engineering directors and senior managers; total staff ~200 FTE
+ Build a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth & development
+ Partner closely with risk, compliance, operations, and data teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and enterprise standards
+ Manage strategic relationships with vendors and professional organizations to remain current on industry trends and best practices for supported systems and businesses
+ Exercise usual authority of a manager concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, performance management and terminations
+ Design, implement, maintain and enhance internal controls to mitigate risk on an ongoing basis. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management

**Minimum Experience Required**
+ Minimum of Associates' degree and 15 years' proven and progressive technology, management and/or large program leadership experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 17 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 15 years' technology, management and/or large program leadership experience
+ Minimum of 6 years' managerial experience
+ Strong background in consumer banking technology, mortgage technology and/or business banking technology
+ Expertise with legacy core banking systems as well as modern digital platforms, API and cloud native architectureFamiliarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks
+ Prior experience working on multiple projects of a complex nature
+ Proven track record of leading enterprise transformation, and change initiatives.
+ Prior experience encouraging team work and serving as role model when leading and directing others
+ Experience understanding technical, business and operational impacts of a project or problem
+ Experience leading large numbers of employees (200+) on multiple teams often in different geographic locations and time zones
+ Expertise in presenting to senior management
**Preferred Experience**
+ Prior experience as a CIO, CTO or divisional tech executive within a large financial institution
+ Experience leading cross, functional teams, and and vendor partner ecosystems
+ Master's degree
