Overview:
- Review loan approvals to determine what documents are required to move to closing/documentation/boarding.
- Communicate and respond to internal customers within 2 hours.
- Utilize pipeline reports to effectively manage and prioritize daily workflow.
- Ensure all loans are reviewed at least every 3 days.
- Effectively manage an individual pipeline of 30-50 loans.
- Verifies and inputs loan information accurately into loan origination system.
- Maintains current knowledge of CNB guidelines and loan programs.

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The Small Business Consumer Processor II is responsible for processing all small business consumer credit, line and loan requests including real estate transactions. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Data & Analytics Product Management team supporting various stakeholders. Assist with refinement of a robust backlog of user stories through collaboration with Product Owner, Architects, Engineers, Developers and Business Partners.

Enhance end user satisfaction through continuous improvement of usability testing ensuring delivery to the end users' highest needs.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
